The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was so clean that I could smell the freshly used cleaning products. (That is HUGE to me, even more now that we've lived through Covid.) I loved how caring and patient the front desk staff was especially when I was very nervous about the storms. This was my first trip to Atmore but, if I come down again, this is where I will stay.

Generally have a great stay here, but this time tbe pool was dirty and the shower in our bathroom was dirty. Staff was very kind.

Not very good service
This hotel was in a good area but when arrived had to wait 20 minutes to get checked in and this was handed the key on the 4th floor and told the elevator was out should have been told before I would have gone somewhere else.

2 out of 5 because of mostly housekeeping and maintenance. HOUSE keepers need to do a better job, chips on the floor next to the bed, not vacuumed. There was What looks like a blood stain on a pillow. ALSO no blow dyers. So, for those who like to style their hair, well I would look for another hotel. Last complaint both housekeeping and maintenance 😢 check the lights in the rooms please so no blow dryer and then no lights on the mirror, guess it blew. So no makeup today. But, one thing Kudos to the ladies running Breakfast they were the bomb! Everything was hot and they kept it filled. So not all bad, but this is the newest hotel in the area, that has been neglected for a while.

overall review I give it a 6
I have been traveling there over the last 5 years and I stay at Fairfield inn suites every year something be going on with the rooms it's always a towels getting new towels the next day it's always been a problem. no towels in the pool you might go in there in five or six towels this past weekend we found none we had to ask the front desk to bring us some. those refrigerators are old they're not cooling or keeping our food cool or drinks cool and the cleaning needs to be more of the part my bathroom had not been cleaned out the only thing that had been cleaned out was the trash but the face bowl counter shower none of that was cleaned out. other than that everything was great

More attention need to cleaning
Our stay was great!! Although the room was cleaned, the bed was not exactly made carefully instead it looked as if the sheets were thrown on then bed. There was a chair in the room but clearly not wiped down because it showed were a person had sat in it and left all types of oil stains. other than that it was a good stay for an impromptu trip.
