Booked room for Double Beds, but was given a king Bed. No regard for our inconvenience, since it was stated that the previous shift made the error of granting extended stays for the rooms double beds.

The room was pretty good, but how come every time I stay at Holiday Inn the pool is broken and it's not mentioned??? Like? I have a 8 year old, I book hotels based upon the fact that they have a pool! So disappointed. Won't be staying at Holiday Inn Express anymore!

Common area carpets very stained and worn out as well as in elevator. Room was clean- however ceiling in bathroom showed mold and mildew. Ac was on 50 degrees when we checked in. Had to call front desk from cell ohone(room phone did not work) it sounded like a herd of elephants above our room. Not a good fit for us.

When we booked we selected a king size bed. When we arrived we were told due to ******* over booking king beds we couldn’t get it because didn’t have that option available anymore. As we’re waiting to be check we in the other staff worker starts attending to a man who came walking in who said he needed a room for the night. The other associate gave him a king bed (that we were just told they were out of)
When we get to room door is so hard and jammed we could barely open the door. We get in and we want showers and I’m getting ready for shower and there’s no shower curtain. I have to stand in a towel while my husband went to get staff to put a shower curtain. Took around 20-25 minutes for that. Breakfast area is small and everything was slim when we arrived. We overheard others saying the same thing. Sounded like people above us were playing kickball on their room which kept us from sleeping in.

The room was nice and the beds comfortable but housekeeping was really really lacking
I advised the front desk but doubt anything will improve
It didn’t for us….
All they did was put clean towels on the rack
The body wash bottle was empty when we got there and empty when we left
We were left with 1/4 roll of toilet tissue for 3 people
No tissues to back it up, we went to store and bought some
Coffee pot but no coffee, cups or condiments and it wasn’t replenished either
Shower curtain rod was jacked up causing floor to get super wet
Commode seat broke on 1 side so you wobbled while you sat
And the elevator was past due on date for inspection
I will never stay in holiday inn express again and want everyone I know to be aware

I love staying at this property. The staff is friendly and my room is always clean. Its convenient to some of my favorites restaurants and there are some good local restaurants not far.

When I first checked in the room they gave me was not clean so had to go back and get another room and then the lady at that desk was extremely nice about giving me another room but was not pleased about the lights going out and staying off for most of the night so left early but would have been great if the workers would have let everyone know what was going on and the exit on the third floor lights was not working so had to use my phone to go down the stairs which would not be safe for someone elderly so that need to be address and would be great if the hotel had a backup generator at least for lights just in case people have children
