My spouse and best friend loved the property, so nice to have a pool and beach so close. Condo was clean and had all cooking supplies. We will be investing in this property in the future.

The unit was set up nicely with comfortable beds with soft blankets. Good time to play board games, go out to eat and swim in the indoor pool.

We enjoyed our stay here. Resort is clean. Room was clean. In the summer the pool would be a nice asset.

I like the idea of the place, having a resort feel with beach access. But it fell short of my expectations. I instantly felt uncomfortable and had buyer's remorse once I stepped into the room. This place but particularly our room needs a complete makeover update, from the carpet to the appliances, to the balcony, and the bathroom.

A wonderful place to stay !
It had everything for a family . Washer and dryer inside 2 bedroom units , playground , indoor and outdoor pool, water slide . Very nice !

Overall Good Place to Stay for a Weekend Away
Location was beautiful with ocean view and easy access to the beach. Overall the facility was comfortable. We were able to enjoy the indoor swimming pool and the indoor and outdoor hot tubs. Bed was comfortable and the unit was clean. We did find one live cockroach (German, not Palmetto bug) upon our arrival but didn’t see any others during our stay. On our last night the fire alarm kept going off over and over again in the opposite building from ours starting around 6pm and still happening until after 11pm. The salt air must have messed with the control panel, or at least that would be my guess. Other than that, it was very quiet on this first weekend of December. We probably will consider staying there again in the future.

When checking in staff were rude and not accommodating at all. When arrived went to pull out the trundle bed and found Cheetos on bed. Our room was very outdated and old and dirty and mold in room. Was given 2 rolls of tp for a week stay and when asked for more was told they only supply a starter pack. Went to look for ice you had to purchase that. Went to use gas grills which are next to the indoor pool and those wouldn’t start. Went to go in the indoor pool for the hot tub and there was a dead roach in there. Have to say would not recommend or return.

Sad Such A Good Place Has Went Down Hill
This is our annual stay at A Place At The Beach for over 20 years. We also used to own a unit.
our horrible experience and pictures on this vacation.
The place was so dirty when we walked in I had to clean it. I just thought that it was the beach and dusty. I thought wrong. My family including me can’t stop coughing or sneezing. Due to all the dust and dirt in every corner. The patio is disgusting. The carpet is ay least 20 years old. I am sure there are flies in it. Moldy shower curtains, no screens on windows, doors off the tracks. I could go on and on. Please see photos attached. I also would like someone to contact me so we can move out of this space. The air conditioner does not work and the front office has no clue how to help me.

Relaxing stay!
Great value in the off season. Pool and hot tub were great. Room was spacious and beach was right there.
No restaurants on site, so hav bring your own food ( full kitchen in room) or travel offsite. Wifi was weak, but not bad to disconnect for 2 days.
