Nice hotel, clean room. Hall was always a mess but that is probably due to being on the same floor as the Conference Center. Pool was kind of a mess, it looked like several days worth of regular debris that falls in an outdoor pool. There was no hot tub, which the site advertised and I was really looking forward to. I also don't know why I have to pay $5 to self park in the $35/day parking garage. Just call it $40.

Concierge lounge had tepid coffee and not too clean but well stocked. This does not feel like a Marriott more like a holiday inn. My only problem was cleanliness. I am not sure how the rooms are going to be. The early checkin did not have king size beds available. Not until I pm

I was very disappointed by my reception. My husband had made a reservation using points and they wouldn't give me a room without his "permission." The woman at the desk gave me a number for him to call and I gave it to him. Then when he called, the phone wasn't answered. I called him back and while I was on the line with him, he called the number again. This time she went back to another room and answered. He told me later that all that she said was "do you give your permission?" He said "yes" and she came back and gave me a key. How did she know to whom she was speaking? It was embarrassing for me to stand at her desk while she checked others in and I was clearly not getting checked in. It was $38/night for self parking. The person I was meeting told me to show the desk my parking ticket. I went to the desk and showed the same woman my ticket. When I went to leave the next day, I still had to pay the $38 to get out of the lot. I still don't know if I was charged twice. I've been home for 2 days. The hotel is still holding $75 for "incidentals."

Jaleel was a sweetheart that took car of me and my car! Beautiful service and will be visiting again soon! The parking lot and lobby are clean and well maintained. If I could raise my twin sons here while I sang at dinner shows, this is the place I would gladly call my home.

When I first saw the building of Marriott hotel and after entered and saw how it looked compared to the other Marriott hotels it was not up to par. As soon as I entered in I heard a vibrant and explosive "Welcome In" & I was amazed because I haven't heard such a pleasant welcome in a long time. Upon checking in by Ms. Alicia Prince she informed us of all the amenities the hotel have to offered and even though the building and rooms IS IN DEFINITE NEED OF REMODELING. Ms. Alicia Prince made your stay great with her off the chain customer service by providing and completing all my request bae and I had such as extra pillows. Now if the building and rooms can be remodeled in which you can see it is in complete need of to match the awesome customer service Ms. Prince provided it would be one hell of hotel to stay in.
