Check in feito errado pela atendente Carol em 30/11 entre 16:00 e 16:40h e ainda estou na recepção me mandaram para um quarto ocupado, com malas já no quarto e tive de voltar pra recepção para fazer novo check in e já faz mais de 20m e estou esperando para finalizar o segundo check in.

Fomos passar o Halloween no hotel o que foi muito gostoso. Mas de repente a qualidade de tudo caiu no sabado a noite. Eu reclamei de todos os problemas no hotel mas nem retornaram!! Ate o atendimento deles que é excelente ficou ruim. Muitas coisas prometidas mas não cumpridas.

Passei 4 dias no hotel e claramente a raxa de ocupação aumentou, o restaurante está ficando cheio e com menos opções de comida. Esqueci dois casacos no hotel, faz uma semana que tento retorno e não consigo resposta, apenas “estaremos verificando”. Realmente lamentável!
