Hospedamos-nos novamente no Refúgio do Saci e fomos muito bem recebidos. O chalé era aconchegante e a vista, deslumbrante. As instalações incluíam uma ótima piscina e quadra de tênis. O restaurante se destacou pela culinária deliciosa, com café da manhã e almoço de alta qualidade preparados por profissionais com formação europeia. I booked a stay a few years ago. Due to an unforeseen situation, I had to cancel the last night of my stay. The hotel didn’t want to refund the night, but gave me a voucher to use in the future. I explained that I only visit Brazil once a year (or less), they said it shouldn’t be a problem even though the voucher stated an expiration date. I was assured that it would not be a problem. In my latest visits to Brazil, I tried using the voucher and they said it was expired. I explained what I was told and my situation. They refused to accept my voucher and kept my money. I even asked to only use it for a day pass with my son - they were not flexible and made me feel like I was asking for a hand out instead of something that was my right,

O espaço oferece uma natureza linda, paz, , vista maravilhosa e o pôr do Sol é um espetáculo à parte! Piscinas de águas límpidas, tem uma trilha para aventura, infelizmente não estava com esta opção devido à chuvas. A Chefe Cida é incrível, tenho muitas alergias e intolerâncias e sua criatividade e gentileza, são excepcionais. Sr. Luiz não mede esforços para prover tudo que necessitar. Todos muito atenciosos.
