Un soggiorno fantastico! Le Maldive già sono un paradiso, ma al Diamonds Athuruga ancora di più! Lo staff veramente cordiale e non intrusivo. Water villa indescrivibile; panorama mozzafiato appena svegli, con un’ottima colazione servita direttamente in camera Ristorante overwater eccezionale, ma anche al buffet non mancava niente Snorkeling, escursioni e relax

Mia mamma ed io abbiamo appena trascorso una splendida settimana al Diamonds Athuruga all'insegna del relax, del buon cibo e tanta meraviglia attorno. Prima della partenza eravamo titubanti sulla qualità del meteo, avevamo paura di incorrere in qualche pioggia essendo stagione di monsoni, invece siamo state molto fortunate nel trovare tanto sole e cielo terso. La struttura è eccezionale, tutto ben curato e in ordine. Il personale è davvero molto gentile, presente ma non invadente. Tutti pronti a ricambiare il saluto con simpatia, qualsiasi fosse la loro mansione. La pulizia delle camere è impeccabile e merita una menzione il bagno maldiviano all'aperto dei beach bungalow: fare la doccia con vista sulla vegetazione dopo una giornata di sole e relax sulla spiaggia è semplicemente una conclusione perfetta. Grazie mille a Rasheed per averci coccolate al ristorante. Ha colto da subito i nostri gusti in fatto di bevande, anticipando poi le nostre richieste, sorprendendoci per queste attenzioni. Non lo diamo per scontato. Volevamo sottolineare che si mangia davvero benissimo. Varianti di carne e pesce fresco ogni giorno, tutto preparato al momento sotto i nostri occhi. La carne e il pesce alla griglia di Titu sono WOW!! Non da meno le ragazze di Francorosso Claudia e Jada sempre solari, calorose ed empatiche: hanno contribuito a rendere piacevole il nostro soggiorno. Bravissime!! Lugar lindo. Mar e agua transparente aonde pudemos mergulhar, ver peixes, tartaruga, baby sharks. Acomodação bem equipada e limpeza ótima. Atendimento impecável com muitas opções para refeições. Lugar para descansar e ver lindo pôr do sol.

This kind of review is unexpected for me, as I never had such an experience in my solo travels or travels with someone else. First of all, I'd like to pay my respects to the stuff of the water restaurant, as they were always very polite, cheerful and willing to do the best for their customers. Also I'd like to thank you the instructors from water center, as I had great experience with them during whale shark safari. In general - I've stayed in water villa, which is very nice and has everything what can people need. The resort has a very small spa of a third party, however they provide nice service too, and I had 3 massages of different kinds. And the weather was great first 5 days of my staying, so I had my time with the sun and snorkelling, after that the weather got bad, with raining and strong winds, however as October is still a rainy month, so that was expected. Now, I'd like to share the worst part of my staying which totally ruined the experience of what was supposed to be a great holiday for my birthday. I usually put of valuables in the safe box. During first days I've noticed the safe box was opened, which I was sure I closed. I've decided to count the money and found out the one banknote of 50 euro was missing. My thinking was that probably I was mistaken and I didn't have it. After several days the situation was repeated. The safe box was opened and another banknote of 50 euro is missing. To say that it was total shock, it is nothing. So I reported this situation for the manager at the reception, who told of course that they never had some incidents before, but agreed to refund. As I was in total shock and was feeling extremely uncomfortable and not sure what to expect as I was staying alone and someone obviously was having key to my villa, I told all this to the manager, who said they totally understand and they will do everything for my stay and changed the guy who cleaned the room. However, the holiday for me was already ruined, at that moment I had 4 more days of stay, which I spent being nervous and not happy at all and was really relieved at the check-out day. This was really frustrating for not having the dream holiday because of some person who totally ruined the resort reputation for me and probably did it because I was travelling alone. Anyway, I've got the refund eventually, as I had unpaid shark safari tour of cost around usd 200 and they allowed me not to pay for it. With this review I'd like to pay attention to this situation of the general manager and make a full investigation with understanding that the resort reputation is on display. Of course, I cannot recommend this resort, not matter how many positive things I had there.

Einmal Athuruga immer Athuruga, eine wunderschöne Insel direkt am Korallenriff gelegen, so haben wir die vielfalt der Meeresbewohner wie Haie, Schildkröten uvm. sehen können. Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, die Bungalows entsprechend eingerichtet. Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Hier wird Service noch gross geschrieben, vom Herzen der Insel die Marion die jeden Wunsch von den Augen abliesst bis hin zum Tauchlehrer geben alle wirklich Ihr bestes, den Aufenthalt auf der Insel zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis werden zu lassen.

Estuvimos alojados en la Villa Acuática del Diamonds Athuruga, al llegar te reciben con un zumo y fruta, además tuvimos la suerte que Marion hablaba español y nos explicó todo. La isla es pequeña pero mágica a la vez. El personal del restaurante es fantástico … destacar la atención de Ali en toda nuestra estancia, fue cariñoso, profesional y atento. La comida en el almuerzo dispone de un menú con unos 15 platos que no varían en toda la semana, pero es rico y saludable. Para los desayunos puedes ir al buffet o pedirlo en tu water villa ( lo recomiendo ya que es una experiencia maravillosa ) Para ir y regresar a las water villa ( la distancia es corta ) contábamos siempre con la recogida de Ajim un chico Indio, amable, sonriente y muy simpático. “ era nuestro chofer personal “ La isla, la playa y el atolón es algo INCREÍBLEMENTE MARAVILLOSO!!!! La playa es tranquila, dispones de tumbonas, toallas, bolso de playa. Todo lo que necesites para que la estancia sea algo único!!! Lugar millón por millón recomendable si quieres desconectar del mundo real y disfrutar con tu pareja de unos días mágico y maravillosos. Gracias ALI, AJIM & MOTI ( el chef de panes, pastas y pizzas que me hacía mi pan sin gluten )

Abbiamo appena trascorso una vacanza meravigliosa alle Maldive. Fin dal primo momento in cui siamo arrivati, siamo stati accolti da un paradiso di acque cristalline, sabbia bianca e un'atmosfera di pace assoluta. L'isola su cui abbiamo soggiornato era spettacolare, con le water villa che offrivano una vista mozzafiato sull'oceano. Il personale è stato incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, ma un ringraziamento speciale va al nostro cameriere Nasooh, che ha reso ogni pasto un'esperienza indimenticabile. La sua attenzione ai dettagli e la cordialità con cui ci ha servito ci hanno fatto sentire davvero coccolati. Grazie a lui, ogni cena in riva al mare sotto le stelle è stata ancora più speciale. Ogni giorno c'erano attività interessanti, come lo snorkeling tra barriere coralline colorate e uscite in barca per vedere i delfini. Il cibo era delizioso, con una varietà di piatti locali e internazionali che accontentavano ogni palato. La pace e la tranquillità che si respirano alle Maldive sono un toccasana per l'anima, e non vedo l'ora di tornare in questo paradiso terrestre. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia staccare dalla routine e immergersi in un'oasi di bellezza e relax.
