We loved our fabulous historic cabin that has been renovated beautifully. The communal areas are wonderful, including the pool, Balinese hut lounge, and the kitchen/ dining area. The management and staff were friendly and helpful. Great place to stay 👍.

It was quiet, spacious and very nice. It was a short drive to the nearby shopping district, so I didn't have any trouble shopping, and it was easy to access sightseeing spots. There are a lot of ants in the room, which is a problem, so I would like something to be done about it.

Great park to stay in. Fantastic staff, grounds & facilities. Shaun, Janine & staff do a great job keeping the place neat & tidy. Facilities including camp areas, camp kitchen and amenities all first class. Even some herbs outside the camp kitchen to use. Pool area and cabana very comfortable.🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟....also very central in the Tablelands to get to anywhere. We used as a base for a week of exploring the Tablelands.

Never have we had such a warm welcome to a holiday park like this before. Shawn and his team should be proud of the park, great pool area, clean amenities & above all the personal touch of meeting you on arrival, guiding you onto your site, remembering your name & generally happy to chat to all guests. Loved you can ride your bike straight into the mountain bike park & other trials from here also. If you going to Atherton which I suggest you do as it’s a great base for lots to do in the area, then do yourself a favour & stay here.

My right of reply. In my previous review of this holiday park I made quite a clear statement. The husband of "the elderly couple" approached me & immediately went on the attack by asking me "why do you open your (car) window when having a smoke? My reply was "to let the smoke out". He then stated - well why don't you go somewhere else then? Excuse me? He was NOT BEING RESPECTFUL by any standards as you "stated in your reply". This is why you approach the "other person" for their side of the story - IF YOU WERE TO BE DOING YOUR JOB PROPERLY & treating everyone "respectfully" etc as you "claim" in your reply. Is it any wonder why I came across rather rudely - to say I don't want to talk to you, go to the office? I am saddened myself that an elderly couple has been rude to me, lied to you & absolutely ruined my stay here as I couldn't relax & enjoy myself. Best regards Zac

We loved our stay here and found it ideal to base ourselves while we explored the surrounding area. It has great amenities and is quiet and peaceful. The staff are amazing and really helpful with getting the van perfectly into the site. We were only here for 4 nights but we will be back in the future for a longer stay. Thanks to Sean and the team. Great stay and great place to be. Definitely see you on our trip north next year.

From the day we arrived until we moved on a week later, the staff especially Shaun made our stay a time to remember. The park and facilities were first class. Staff were friendly and helpful; nothing was too difficult to help make our holiday so enjoyable we will certainly visit again and tell our friends about our #1 park during our 4 month journey.

Why is it that 1 person (of an elderly couple) can make a complaint about "my cigarette smoke" blowing in their general direction to the office - and Shaun's (the manager of the Caravan Park) friendly behaviour towards me changed, to that of completely ignoring me? How about you find out both sides of the story - and make a minor change to the situation? IE getting the couple to reverse their campervan in instead of driving front in first so as the "cigarette smoke" doesn't affect them? Nice to see that you have my best interests in mind rather than making a black mark against my name on your computer. From a (not very) happy little camper!
