Positive: - Very clean with a/c and nice aroma around the hotel. - Breakfast was good which is on the rooftop with lovely views of the acropolis. - Staff were friendly. - Location is good which includes a metro station nearby. - The rooms and bathrooms were clean and spacious. - Good value for money Negatives: - Pool on rooftop is nice but can get busy/crowded. - They provide early breakfast between 2am - 7am for those with early starts but the options are terrible.

My family just spent 2 nights at the Stanley and found it to be a fantastic place to stay. Our first experience was the spacious lobby with ample seating and several coolers containing beverages available to guests. The check in seemed a little slow but was eventually completed by a friendly desk person. Our room was very clean and outfitted with good air conditioning, a high pressure deluxe shower and luxury quality mattresses. There was an outdoor meeting area that was peaceful and private. The top floor had an incredible pool and restaurant area. Breakfast had an amazing selection with outdoor seating. The weakest part of the stay was the Cloud Nine Restaurant. The ambience was very special but the service was slow and food was mediocre. Overall, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this place but might suggest having dinner at some of the really fine restaurants nearby.

The location of hotel is excellent, very close to the x95 bus station and Syntagma metro station. Breakfast buffet is good, great variety of food and many of them are tasty. The beds and other furniture are not modern but clean. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

We returned to this hotel for a second visit because it is so nice. Rooms are modern and comfortable. The view is unsurpassed: you have the Acropolis on one side and the Temple of Olympian Zeus on the other. The location is perfect for sightseeing. It is a five-minute walk to the Acropolis Museum. Lower floor, street side rooms can be a little noisy, so you might consider some ear plugs or asking for a room on a high floor. Breakfast is amazing! There are hot foods and cold foods and lots of pastries, all quite good. I especially enjoyed the Greek items: spanakopita, tiropita, dolmas. The elevators are tiny and can be bottlenecks at times.

This is our 2nd stay at Electra Palace Hotel in Athens. Our experience, just like the first time, was not disappointing. All the staff at the hotel are extremely professional, and they didn't disappoint with the high quality of service rendered. We were particularly impressed at the check-in, which was done in less than 1 min. They just pulled up our details on their files, gave us the check-in paper to sign, and away we went to our room. We asked for the same room 324 that we stayed on our first visit, and they happily obliged us. I love the fact that the hotel pays attention to every little request from its customers. Chose this hotel due to it’s proximity to Syntagma Square and the X95 bus stop (we arrived in Athens at 1am from the airport). A very warm welcome despite the time, efficient check in and straight to our room. Hadn’t expected an Acropolis view but got one which was a nice touch for my partner as it was his first trip to Greece. Nice clean room and decent bathroom (something which can be challenging in Athens). We only booked for that one night, but check out was efficient and polite and they stored our bags for us so we had time to look around before moving on to our final destination.

We spent 5 days at the hotel with a group of 15 university students. Due to Covid, and flight delays, and restaurant problems, and lost passports... let's just say it was a challenge. But the fabulous front-desk staff handled everything! They just kept knocking-down all our issues and kept us on track and on time. Always with a smile. Always full of good ideas! Always so helpful. If you are noticing all the complications with travel these days, I can recommend this place as an oasis of sanity in the flurry of complications.

The hotel is very big and located on the main road, very safe. The room has three beds, central air conditioning, and the windows cannot be opened. I went to the rooftop 11th floor viewing restaurant, which was really good. The morning buffet was also on the top floor, very large, and there were many people, so it was actually a bit noisy. Compared to such a large area, it didn't have so many varieties, and the milk ran out quickly, and the orange juice seemed a bit bland. The breakfast was average, and the point was that the view was good. The room was still OK, although the decoration looked a bit old, and the bathroom had a bathtub, which was rare. It felt very suitable for bringing the elderly and children to stay, safe, and the elevator was big enough.

The room we stayed in was very large and beautiful. The staff was friendly and readily available around the clock. We stayed in a room with an acropolis view and it was nice to hang out on the balcony and look out after sunset. This hotel is very accessible to most things and the bus stop is right across the street in case you want to wander a little further. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby walking distance with late hours. There are a few major shopping streets right around the corner as well. I would definitely stay here again if traveling to Athens in the future.
