The apartment had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. My wife could not breathe (and didn’t sleep with the smell of cigarettes).
My kids had to sleep on a sofa (not a sofa bed). It was not prepared, although the host knew we were a family of four (4). Under the sofa was dusty. It shows that the apartment wasn’t cleaned this year :(
The place is close to dirty road, with many pigeons. It was a horrible experience :(

The hygiene was super super super bad, the sheets were dirty, the toilet was dirty, the light switch was dirty, the shower head was on the floor, and there were clothes in the washing machine, which was incredible! Moreover, the location of the hotel on the map of our so-called apartment was more than 1km away, and the front desk staff had to ask for directions when taking us there. They were extremely unskilled in their business. It took 45 minutes to get there from 15 minutes, which was very tiring and a waste of time!

Le monsieur à l'accueil est très avenant et parle français, ce qui est un vrai plus. Il est accueillant et peut donner des conseils utiles sur les environs. Les transports en commun sont facilement accessibles si vous souhaitez vous rendre au centre-ville, et la zone autour de l'hôtel est dynamique avec plusieurs lieux où se restaurer.
Pour ceux qui cherchent un hébergement pratique et fonctionnel, cet hôtel peut convenir. Il s'agit d'un petit établissement situé dans un immeuble ancien qui a été restauré pour optimiser le nombre de chambres. Cependant, le confort reste basique. C'est idéal pour passer une nuit ou pour un court séjour, mais si vous recherchez un hôtel luxueux et ergonomique, ce n'est pas la meilleure option.

Die Zimmer waren gut eingerichtet und das Bad war sauber. Parken konnte man im gegenüberliegenden Parkhaus zum reduzierten Preis von 15€ pro Tag. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, es bestand in der Regel aus zwei Sandwiches, einem Ei, einem Stück Kuchen, Saft und Kaffee. Es wurde allerdings im Laufe der Tage immer früher ans Zimmer gebracht. Während wir es eigentlich um 9 Uhr erwarteten, wurde es an ein paar Tagen auch schon vor 8 Uhr gebracht. Sehr negativ aufgefallen ist die Geräuschkulisse der Umgebung. Aufgrund einer benachbarten Bar, die auch unter der Woche viel Andrang fand, war bis in die Nacht rein sehr laute Musik zu hören.

È un piccolo hotel in un punto strategico della città. Ben collegato con metro e bus dall'aeroporto e per il centro. Il piccolo hotel sorge lungo una strada parallela a un gran viale residenziale e pulitissimo della città . Vicino alla fermata Megaro linea blu metro. I trasporti ad Atene sono celeri e facili da prendere. E poi l'hotel vanta la presenza di due eccellenti signore Anastasia, che parla perfettamente l'italiano e Daria. Entrambi pronte a dare consigli e dritte per godere al meglio di tutto quello che offre la città. Non lasciatevi spaventare dalla strada. All'angolo i due pub brulicano di giovani ateniesi che si incontrano per un drink k a fine giornata. Difronte il ristorante Novak eccellente per cibo e servizio. E poi il posto è fornito di tutto da market a parrucchiere per le signore. Ottima soluzione per vivere una vacanza quasi da ateniese.

Hôtel familial et convivial, qui se trouve à proximité du centre-ville d'Athènes (station de métro à 10 minutes). Dans une rue au calme, plutôt agréable (des enseignes et des magasins à proximité). L'hôtelier est poli, cordial (s'exprime en français). Chambre propre et pratique. L'endroit est bien tenu. Réfrigérateur disponible.
