The Lekka Hotel & Spa

The hotel was super cute and location was perfect, super close to the centre and had many cafes, salons and restaurants right next to it. The room was a bit too small( looks bigger in the pictures). The AC took sometime to cool the room. Bed was comfortable. Overall not bad, but for the price paid was not worth jt :)

Great location, staff were always very friendly. Our rooms were spotless and loved the modern design and décor.

We booked this hotel because of the central location and close proximity to everything in town. Altso the roof bar with the view of Acropolis was a must to enjoy in the trip. It seems like the roof bar is open only on the high seasons after reading some comments. We stayed at a superior double room, and it was great. Very clean and nice hotel. I would stay again🌞😍

LOCATION and ROOFTOP VIEW A+++++ Good solid small hotel in centre of Athens with excellent location for all visitors wanting to see all the main sights. Was a solo traveller and felt very safe. You can walk to the Acropolis and wander through Plaka in about 20 minutes. Lots good cafes, restaurants and bars very close by too. Great breakfast choices and the view from the rooftop area where it’s served is very special with the Acropolis staring back at you as you eat. Room was small but no need for a larger one as was out and about most of the time. There is a decent, comfy bed ( great pillows as per their Pillow Menu),and lovely designer bathroom with beautiful products to use. No wardrobe to hang clothes and limited space to store things outside of suitcase but is clearly designed for short stays. Good coffee choices and machine. No view from the window as was a Nest room so don’t expect anything but doesn’t really matter thanks to the rooftop view! Lovely guy called Vasillis who they organise to pick you up from airport for 55 euros. Worth requesting this rather than a standard taxi. Really lovely introduction to Athens. Disliked · Seems trivial point but wanted to mention it for other travellers: bright green fire exit light in room at night, so bright I had to wear eye mask as I like my rooms completely dark to sleep. Really weird as don’t know why it was there as the bed is one metre away from the door and I would obviously assume I’d need to open the door to leave in an emergency…normally have fire exit lights in main corridors versus in each room? Very intrusive for sleeping at night and couldn’t cover up. The 2nd night I couldnt get to sleep because of the light as has a weird green glow. Really frustrating extra feature of the room. Unsure if every room is like this. I would ask when booking if you think this would disturb you.
