Really loved our time in Athens and the apartment was very good. Totally recommend and easy walking to the main tourist attractions. Very busy road outside in the evenings but once we found our way around, very convenient to underground. Very tidy complex...nice!!!! Excellent in house laundry for the traveller.

This unit is well worth it. The home appliances, including cookware, a mini fridge which has a freezer, and stove top were good. But the warm water was tricky as you have to turn it on at least half an hour before to keep it warm for two or three baths. Otherwise, it'll become cold very quickly. Also, you need to have Nespresso pods for the coffee maker. The communication with them was also straightforward through the ******* app, and they got back to us in less than an hour. The neighborhood was also good; apart from the busy street near the hotel, it was very accessible to public transportation, a bust station very close to the entrance and a subway station within a 10 min walking distance. Overall, we were happy with our decision to stay there and recommend them.

Really Great Stay! The hotel's location was excellent with truly tremendous value for money, providing both convenience and safety. It's worth noting that there is no traditional front desk, and check-in is entirely self-serve. However, this was not an issue at all, as accessing the property was straightforward with an electronic keypad at the front entry and a lockbox outside the unit. Communication with the hotel staff was also seamless, and they were highly responsive. The unit itself was spacious and updated, featuring a full kitchenette. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable as it was challenging to open, and part of it was broken causing one piece to slide off. Aside from this the room was very good. The bathroom was also very nice and updated, complete with high-quality toiletries.There was also self-service washers and dryers in the building. The hotel has a supermarket right across the street, and another one was conveniently located around the corner. Additionally, there were several dining options in the area, making it easy to find a variety of meals. Getting around Athens was also easy from this location. Overall, this hotel offers excellent value for money!

Excellent location but traffic noise is heavy We stayed there for 10 days. Overall, we enjoyed our experience with the hotel but we won't renew it. There are positive and negative aspects: (+) : - Excellent location near metro station, - Clean apartment, has many amenities (coffee machine, microwave etc...) - Safe neighborhood, many grocieries nearby (-) : - The traffic noise is loud day and night as the hotel is near a heavy traffic boulevard. we did not sleep well for days but luckily traffic lowered during Easter weekend. - For long stays, they don't provide cleaning service (change of bed sheets, shower gel refill etc.. ) - Nobody to welcome the guest, all is done without human contact. We had trouble getting inside as the entrance code was not sent upon our arrival. We tried to call assistance several times but no answer and finally we could reach someone after 1 hour or so.

Nice apartment but lacking good management. Overall my family enjoyed this apartment. We like the location and the comfort. Our main issue is that we had to pay extra and in advance for baby beds (which I believe should be included for free). The baby beds were not there upon our arrival, then we they were brought to us around 22:00 one of them was broken. We were never given a new one to replace the broken one... However they did refund us for one of the beds. The management kept blaming miscommunication with housekeeping... But I believe overall it is a management problem through the course of all the events. If this were properly handled, I would have given a perfect score for this place. We do hope to stay there again in the future, and next time I hope for better customer service.
