The average price of this hotel is nearly 4k per night. I booked two nights and only got one free bottle of water. I really didn't expect that...
The strange decoration and the noise on the street (many motorcycles on the street) and the service are really not worth the price of nearly 4k per night. It's like a normal four-star hotel.
If you just want a hotel close to the Acropolis or other attractions, you can look at other hotels. This one is really not very cost-effective.

I booked for 2 nights because there was a problem with the booked air ticket. I only stayed for one night. Because it was the peak tourist season, the price was very expensive. The hotel didn’t give any indication. I couldn’t see anything on the first floor. The bottom of the cup I brushed my teeth was full of mold. I found out after brushing my teeth.

This is a modern hotel which is well located around a 15 minute walk from The Acropolis. The lobby and main bar are decorated with re-purposed wood. Our room was spacious, light and airy, with the usual amenities, very good shower, comfortable beds and a well sized balcony. There are lots of on site facilities, including a gym, working areas and small pool. The staff were helpful.

This is our second visit staying at the New Hotel. It never disappoints. Excellent service by all the staff from reception, the restaurant, housekeeping and especially the rooftop bar/restaurant staff. You are always made to feel welcome and they are happy to accommodate your every need. The views on the rooftop bar are exceptional. You can see all of Athens including the Acropolis. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The style and decor of this hotel and its unique artistic design is a joy. This hotel is a true haven after a busy day in Athens. Playing calming music throughout the hotel in common areas. The location is excellent, walking distance to main attractions. We will always return to the New Hotel when in Athens again. Thank you to all the staff for making our experience so enjoyable. Oh! And they serve an excellent breakfast!

Chris, Vicky and younger Chris at New Hotel were so accommodating! They helped make our stay perfect with suggestions on where to explore, getting around the island and where to dine. We loved our stay and hopefully will be back again sometime:) Highly recommend!

Great location and very friendly staff. Our bathroom was squishy and an awkward shape. We also noticed 2 out of our 4 rooms had a bathroom within the bedroom itself - which we didn’t particularly like. Overall we enjoyed our stay here though.

Great service by all the staff. Quick to get us in and accommodating to all our requests. Rooms were uniquely decorated with extras throughout the day. A few blocks from metro and the center of everything. I wouldn’t recommend the rooftop restaurant, but definitely the hotel.
