Reasonable price, convenient place

How should I put it? Before traveling, I saw a personal recommendation on Xiaohongshu and said that the breakfast here is delicious. But I saw some negative comments below, such as the surrounding environment is very bad and there are many bad people. But I couldn't stand the fact that the price/performance ratio was really good, and I also liked the room type, so I decided to give it a try and booked it for two nights. There is an access control as soon as you enter the hotel. You have to ring the doorbell to open the door. The staff at the front desk are very enthusiastic. I arrived at about 11 o'clock in the morning and there was actually a room that I could enter. This is usually only possible at 3 o'clock in the afternoon. Very rare for Athens. After entering the room, the window can be opened, the bathroom is divided very scientifically, the bedding is clean, and earplugs are thoughtfully provided (although I didn't use them). I went back to the hotel at around five o'clock both nights to watch TV and rest. When you leave the hotel, it is recommended to turn left immediately and walk out of this short alley, which is about ten meters away. It is actually very safe after that. Do not wear sandals when walking in this area, it is safer. For breakfast, the area is not large, but the restaurant is very cozy, and the room price includes three breakfasts. On average, the price is really cost-effective. Moreover, it only takes a few minutes to walk to the Place de la Concorde and about ten minutes to reach the Constitution Square. It is very close to the attractions. So the location is good. The staff is also very friendly to the children. When they were waiting for me downstairs, they took the initiative to give them pens and paper to draw, which was very caring. I had to print out urgent documents for personal reasons, and the front desk helped me do it for free. Thank you very much! In short, if you are a young person, staying in this hotel is very cost-effective. I live here with my two children. I deliberately try to be safe and try to stay on the main roads and avoid alleys. It is actually safe. The boss also gave me a discount when buying souvenirs, and asked the children to write postcard messages before leaving, leaving a pleasant memory.

Il personale di reception estremamente gentile, il resto lascia molto a desiderare per quanto dovrebbe essere un hotel a 4 stelle. Con l'ascensore hai 2 scelte, o entrano 2 persone oppure 1 persona con i bagagli (che non devono essere molto pesanti altrimenti bisogna fare più viaggi). La mia camera singola aveva un letto matrimoniale ma rispetto alle foto sul sito il resto era completamente diverso. Il bagno piccolo con la doccia che non aveva né un divisorio né la tenda. Il phon classico con i cavi che erano quasi staccati dall'apparato e con lo spinotto da collegare alla presa elettrica. Problema!! Nel bagno non ci sono prese elettriche. La cassaforte piccola standard poteva funzionare sia con le "batterie stilo AA" sia con la chiave. Però c'erano solo 3 batterie e ne servivano 4. La colazione cambiava a seconda dell'orario e del giorno. Un giorno trovavi latte freddo e succo ace, un altro acqua fredda al posto del caffè caldo, poi se non c'era il caffè dovevi andare al banco e pagarlo a parte.

When we arrived, we were given information about which areas to avoid. You can get to what you are interested in as a tourist within 10 to 20 minutes on foot. There is also a metro station to the airport nearby. The area itself is relatively loud until late at night and it feels strange in the evenings. It is a bit like Hamburg Central Station. What could definitely be improved is the furniture, some of which has not been properly assembled. There are cupboards that are supposed to open with pressure, but because the fittings are missing, this is not possible, the built-in safe is loose in the cupboard. The shower drain did not work properly, so we could not shower one after the other. We had to wait several hours if we did not want to flood the bathroom. This situation was reported to reception twice but unfortunately nothing was done. In summary, you don't feel unsafe in the hotel, the staff are friendly, there is definitely room for improvement in the rooms, there are some good approaches but they are only approaches.

Hotel is good. Basic, clean. The room is small but comfortable, the bathroom area does not have a shower stall, but ok. It has a window, but no view as it overlooks the building's external stairs. Good breakfast. The problem is the location, arriving at night at this hotel is quite scary, as it is in a very central location and at night there are a lot of drunks, strange people on the street, and during the day the place is not pretty, a lot of graffiti on the walls and abandoned places. The good thing is that after a short walk the environment improves. There is a metro station nearby. If you don't worry about these details, you can stay. I only stayed the last night to arrive at the airport and return to Brazil.
