There are many hotels in Athens, so this was the hotel I stayed at on the third day. I didn't have much time so I chose this hotel close to the Acropolis.
It was such a stylish and convenient area that I wish I had chosen this hotel and this area from the beginning.
The room was cleaned nicely and was comfortable. It's a quiet area in Athens so you won't be bothered by the sounds of cars or construction work.
There was a spectacular view from the rooftop, and although the check-in time had passed, they accommodated me as I had called in advance. Good value for money and highly recommended!

The location is excellent, right in the city, 3-5 minutes' walk from the souvenir shopping street, and about 15 minutes' walk from the Acropolis.
The landlord greeted us warmly. You can see the Acropolis from the rooftop, and the night view is very beautiful, but it is very, very hot in July and August!

Apartment is within walking distance to major attractions. It is also about a 10min walk to Monastiraki Metro Station.
Apartment is very clean and comfortable. The little kitchen is equipped with a cooker, oven and other utensils. It came in handy for my trip.
However, there are stairs to climb sonif you have a heavy luggage then you need to know what to expect. Anyway, there are many stairs and slope to climb in Athens too.

Wij hadden de Athena studio geboekt voor een paar dagen. Bij aankomst stond de eigenaar al klaar om alles ui te leggen en te laten zien. Hij heeft ons gelijk geholpen met een restaurant reservering om de hoek. Zeker een aanrader Stamatopoulos Taverna met de hele avond live muziek en fantastisch eten. De studio was perfect alleen 's nachts hoor je nog wel eens mensen langs lopen. Ook de vuilniswagen komt snachts de bakken legen. Verder een keer dat iemand midden in de nacht de straat voor de deur ging schoon spuiten met de hoge drukpunt. Maar ja dat heb je midden in het centrum van de stad. Alles makkelijk op loop afstand. Enige minpunt vonden wij de slechte ventilatie van de studio. Met de ramen dicht en airco aan wordt het gauw benauwd.

Host (Sakis) was fantastic to deal with, very kind and responsive. We had an issue when booking on our end which he helped us with no hesitation, I would highly recommend this stay, fantastic people.

Acro & Polis was the final stop on our Greece tour and a wonderful way to see Athens. The location couldn't be beat as we could walk to all the historical sites, restaurants, and shops nearby. Sakis was a wonderful host who was very responsive to airport transfer help, restaurant recommendations, and welcoming. The apartment had everything we needed, but the rooftop was the best feature! We spent our last evening enjoying wine on the roof and taking in the beautiful 360 degree view of Athens.

Amazing location and rooftop view
Location is excellent. You can walk to acropolis in 10 mins. Walk to some great restaurants with patios or rooftops for dinner, then grab a bottle of wine and watch the sunset and chill on the hotel rooftop with a fantastic view of the city. Sakis is a great communicator and will make sure your stay is comfortable.
