The front desk receptionist looked disdainful. When I booked, it said it was a twin room, but it turned out to be two beds with a big sheet, which could not be separated. The same thing happened when I complained about changing rooms. Later, they said that their hotel only had this type. Don't choose a twin room if there is no twin room! Later, because it was too late to communicate with Ctrip, I had to stay there first. 2. After checking in, I found that the shower room in the room was difficult to enter. The weird design blocked the water. I soaked my feet in dirty water while taking a shower. The next day, Ctrip communicated with me to check out one day in advance. The big Wyndham next door is a little more expensive, but it is a street away. Ctrip has been helping me communicate since then, and I have to give praise to the little sisters. But this hotel has a tough attitude and will not refund the room fee for the last night.
