The room was better than expected. The location is very close to the subway.
The room is not big but fully equipped, very new and clean
The hotel's services and airbnb prices are even cheaper than Airbnb. The surrounding environment is also good and relatively safe.

Brand new hotel with spacious rooms and well-equipped kitchenette. Shower and beds are fantastic. Staff are excellent, very friendly and helpful. Short distance to Omonia square and a few minutes to the Acropolis and centre of Athens. Would recommend for both short and longer stays.

My family and I stayed for a week and will definitely be back again! The hotel is perfectly located - walkable to all the key sites in Athens, or a short walk to Omonia station if you want to get there quick. The rooms are very clean and have a well stocked kitchen (plates, cutlery, pans, pots, kettle, coffee machine, microwave) and the beds are very comfy with high quality bedding - including the sofa bed which I was on for the week and I slept so well every night! The staff are also very friendly and ready to help (e.g. with restaurant reservations, taxi bookings or sightseeing recommendations etc). My first stay here but definitely not my last - I highly recommend Ermass!

New hotel
The hotel is new, actually the gym is still under construction. Comfortable rooms and new beds; space could have been better arranged for dining. New electric stove, fridge and microwave oven. Bathroom is fairly large, the shower could have been better designed for preventing water spills. The rooftop is really cool.
Cleaning service could be improved: sometimes a bit too fast, sometimes too thorough (complete cleaning and change of all towels even if asked less).
Reception staff extremely kind and helpful.
Close to Omonia metro station, walking distance to many sites. At night, the neighbourhood is dodgy.
