I found it to be a wonderful place. Extremely comfy bed a nice breakfast and very friendly staff. The only thing I had a problem with several times was passing it from both directions!! Everything looks quite the same on the street. Would be appreciated with a sign sticking ouf from the fasade. Although I will definitely come back again.

Hotel carinissimo situato in una zona abbastanza centrale di Atene. Le camere sono graziose e pulite e il personale gentilissimo. Colazione in terrazza. Consigliato.

Appreciated in this hotel is the friendly reception by the hotel staff. Also to mention is the beautiful layout of the rooms and the hotel in general. The location is great near the Lycabette hill in a pleasant part of Athens. But the above is not enough to warrant a satisfactory stay. Take for instance the check-in time of 16h00 which is too late given the check-out time of 11h00. Another issue are the rooms; they are way too small even if you are alone. The bathroom shower is a problem. It is a complicated multijet affair controlled by 5 unmarked knobs. Be sure you will get spayed by ice-cold water while trying to get a plain shower. After many trials, I discovered there was no hot water unless you let the lavabo faucet run for a long time; not a desirable procedure in water scarce Athens. I wondered why a simple shower operating manual is not avaliable to the client. Breakfast was so-so not to mention the breakdown of the coffee machine.

Wil je hier boeken, heb dan geen te hoge verwachtingen van het begrip 'Luxury Rooms'. Ons bed was goed, maar de kamer klein, vrijwel zonder uitzicht en met houtwerk dat nog in de grondverf zat. Stopcontacten waren er nauwelijks en een kast om lange kleding in te hangen helemaal niet. Maar het ergste was de douche. Nog afgezien van de afvoer die niet goed doorliep, bleef de ingestelde watertemperatuur niet constant. Met telkens een vloed aan bloedheet water voelde je je net een kreeft die levend werd gekookt! Groot pluspunt daarentegen was het bijzonder vriendelijke personeel.

Hotel a 10 minuti dalla metropolitana e a 15 minuti dal centro. Receptionist diurna gentilissima, camere spaziose, letti comodi e super pulite. Colazione ottima in terrazza verandata. Appartamento silenzioso. In camera viene data la possibilità di farsi un caffè o un tè con l macchinetta che si trova sulla scrivania di fronte al letto. Design della doccia: eccellente

Notre chambre troisième étage chambre du fond à gauche nom gorgo qui donne sur le couloir de la salle de petit déjeuner.
Bien quand hiver impossible de mettre la température a moins de 22° en bas et donc dans la mezzanine ç'est du 25 ou 26 au moins si on ouvre le vasistas on entend tout ce qui se passe dans le couloir en particulier chaque passage de personnes qui déclanche la lumière ( pas de rideau )mais surtout vers 3 heure du matin l'installation du petit déjeuner.
Malgré une demande a la réception rien n'a été fait . Dommage Hotel et personnel plutôt sympa sinon
