It's an absolutely terrible place. There were huge insects inside and there were too many of them, the cleanliness was zero. There were still quilts left over from the winter. The bed linens had stains, so they had never been cleaned. It was terrible, it had absolutely nothing to do with the pictures. There was a smell inside. Do not keep it. If you do not want to get sick, do not waste your money and time. And unfortunately, we had trouble getting the money back. They barely defined half of it as points. No one should be harmed because of us.

The room has bed bugs, hotel won't refund even though we had to book another hotel and pay for the disinfection of our luggage/clothes. Also has mould on the ceiling, everything was dirty and homeless people live under the hotel Hard to check-in, as there is no reception and no one answers the calls/emails.

i booked and instead of giving us total instructions the specific room number and access were withheld . i kept checking my email for instructions until around 4 pm then because no instructions went to the property and sent numerous messages asking for access but no reply. i paid for nothing!! avoid this booking at all costs!

The area is ok for that amount they charge, but i think there is better places in Athens. The rooms are ok but there is no cleaning services. The good thing is the central point of getting access to the metro & shops. I dont think i can recommend this place to anybody but if you have a small budget then its ok.

Absolutely horrible. We had booked for 2 nights but impossible to stay there because it was too dirty, horrible smell, cleaning not done...We had to book another hotel. The owner of this horrible place refused to do anything! In short, run away!

Complete facilities, general surrounding environment, convenient transportation, good service!

Unfortunately the photos of the room do not correspond to the real ones (or maybe they were years ago). In minutes on foot you arrive at the metro stop, but unfortunately there are syringes, junkies and a persistent piss pizza throughout the neighborhood. In the shower or in any case where the shower has been created you can barely fit in, there will be 50 at most. Avoid for a couples or family trip

I don't recommend staying here. There was a drunk knocking on the door at 7am. I highly don't recommend it.

⚫️Avoid the hotel of the company in Greece!! First of all, don't book this B&B, it is located in the center of the refugee area in Athens! It's terrible. There are homeless people from the Middle East on the street. There are people lying on the roadside. What's more terrible is that there are syringes on the road (even there are stalls selling syringes next to the subway station. I am trembling every time I go back to the B&B ⚠️Don't stay in the Omenia area north of the Acropolis!!! What's more important to avoid is the service attitude of this company!! A few days after we booked the B&B, the staff of the company asked if we wanted to change to another B&B because this B&B was a bit old, and then recommended several expensive ones to us... We looked at the pictures of this B&B and thought it was acceptable (mainly the price was affordable) and didn't want to pay extra for more expensive ones. The company also didn't explain that this B&B was located in the refugee area... ⚠️A few days before check-in, the staff specially created a group to be responsible for our check-in, But! No one in the group replied to the message to solve the problem!! After checking into the hotel, we found that the air conditioner had no remote control. We contacted the staff to solve it at night, but there was no response all night (no one answered the phone call). There was no air conditioning in such hot weather in Athens... We had to figure out how to turn on the air conditioner without a remote control, otherwise we would not be able to sleep that night. The next morning, they told us that it would be solved today, but there was no news after that. Maybe they knew that we turned on the air conditioner ourselves and were too lazy to care. When we booked it, we didn't pay attention and thought it was a foreign hotel. We saw that it was cheap on Ctrip and booked it directly. We didn't expect it to be a domestic company. I will remember this in the future. It is recommended that foreign homestays and hotels are still reliable on booking or Airbnb!

When booking, the Chinese customer service will open a group to explain the precautions. The room is clean and the price is affordable. It is a very good choice! Basically all hotels in Greece will let you check out at 11 o'clock, and only Chinese hotels will allow late check-out👍

The accommodation itself is nice and you can cook, but there are a lot of beggars and drug users around, so you can't go out at night. I do not recommend coming alone.

A new mode of apartment hotel rental, just send you a text message to inform you of the door code. But for such a model, the background service must be powerful. Especially abroad! The hotel feels pretty good online, and it also plays the Chinese card. But there are many problems. The hotel cannot be found on the first Internet (whether it is Google or Baidu); there is no sign of the hotel outside the second door. Fortunately, it is during the daytime, and the people who asked the surrounding shops to find out the door (actually it is not big) unit door); the password lock setting of the third unit door is not obvious, and it is not very effective, so even if you find the door, you may not be able to enter the door. Fourth, the elevator is old-fashioned, and domestic people generally don't know how to use it, and there is no explanation, etc. There are many problems. The decoration of the hotel is relatively old, and the small facilities in the bathroom are basically broken. For example, the pole of the towel rack is gone, and there is no fixed shelf in the rain! Some sockets are broken, and some lights don't work. The sanitation hadn't been cleaned when I checked in! It took more than half an hour to complain through Ctrip before the cleaning staff came.
