Enjoyed our 1 night stay. Updated bathroom and very clean with plenty of room. 10-15 minutes from downtown Athens. Perfect for game day. Would definitely stay again.

There were 3 of us staying at home. Two have mobility issues - which I recommend handrail to come in front door. The ac & tv were not working due to recent storm. Owners were quick to get them fixed. We really enjoyed our stay!
