very cool vibe. Beautifully renovated building with all of the features you would want in a boutique hotel. Train running by at odd hours might throw some people off, but we felt it added to the authentic modernized industrial feel of the complex. Bar was amazing. Restaurant looked amazing though we didn't have time to eat.

Hotel is nice & new, but in a sketchy location. Room was small and didn’t have a mini fridge or microwave. There were no outlets except for the ones beside the bed. The train tracks were right beside the window and the train ran 2-5 times during the night each night. Don’t stay here if you want to get any sleep. The front desk staff was friendly but not helpful. The valets were great.

The building was beautiful and very clean. The Olio restaurant was delicious. There is no WiFi service - zero. There are train tracks 10 feet outside the room. Loud passing trains sounded like they were in our room all night. The location of this property is odd and a bit sketchy.

I arrived at night and it was difficult to figure out where to go. I valet parked at a whopping $26 rather than walk in the dark alone from parking area. Room was beautiful, very spacious and very comfortable. Hotel is not downtown but they only serve breakfast at the weekend, only have a coffee stand available during the week. We ate dinner at the restaurant on site Osteria Olio which was top class, definitely recommend. Could do with a few umbrellas so people can use the beautiful outdoor sitting area. Overall would recommend.
