Raheen Woods Hotel

Beautiful hotel. Great amenities, food delicious. Friendly welcome

Stopped here on our 4th night of our Ireland road trip. We were hoping to stay in Galway but couldn’t find anything reasonably priced for 1 night. This hotel is no more than half hour drive from Galway and honestly I’m glad we stayed. The hotel is grand! The room was massive and spacious with 2 good sized double beds and again the usual tea and coffee making facilities, tv, plenty of towels, iron and ironing board. I didn’t see a hair dryer but I didn’t need one last night. Stand up shower and a couple of plug sockets which all had usb ports for charging all the bits. Our little one enjoyed his trip too. The breakfast was good, full buffet hot and cold and my husband was really excited with the make your own pancake machine. Although pricier than the other 3 hotels we’ve visited this trip, it was worth it and I’d return again when we come back to visit Galway.

Everything was wonderful! this hotel is beautiful! The staff was very welcoming and friendly, the rooms are comfortable and spacious, the grounds are beautiful. We spent most of our time in Athenry at the hotel because we enjoyed the hotel so much! The restaurants are all wonderful as well.Breakfast to die for. I would definitely recommend to anyone... Will be back again for sure...

We stayed there recently after a wedding party and found everything to be first class. Very comfortable rooms and beds. We were delighted with the great selection of food at breakfast next morning and even stayed around for some lunch with family. All in all, a pleasant experience and look forward to returning later in the summer. Very nicely run country hotel in a fantastic setting.

I was recently at a party in the raheen woods and felt I had to right up a review. I found the staff were so friendly and that they were coordinated brilliantly by management . The night could not have gone any better on top it ,a top class service from a great hotel
