This review is just a reminder for all travellers and hoteliers to consider others reviews and to not ignore it. I had read many negative reviews before about this place , but I ignored as i have focused on other positive points, giving the benefits of doubt, but I was mistaken and no one to blame except myself! Won’t go into much details, only will highlight the most important points. Positives: - staff are good in terms of behaviour and attitude, they are polite and decent and doing what they can to make you happy ( Thanks for Ahmed and Montaser in the reception) - a nearby small grocery shop, with normal prices, also doing delivery to your room - pools are good for all ages , and staff there are also good and polite Staff, is the only element here is good , However, they can’t help as they are tide hands. Rooms are old ( I booked a suite not even a room and was very highly pricing) however it was horrible ( some images can explain how it was) In the beginning I asked the recipient to change it for me , he said no availability today, will try tomorrow. But after I checked som other points , I decided to make my stay only 2 nights instead of 4 . Other points as follows: Kids playground is just nothing, broken and in the worst condition you can ever see Food and drinks on the beach, regardless the pricing, but poor in taste. Beach isn’t clean and shiny as shown on booking images. No iron to be provided to you, you have to send to laundry and of course to pay. No water in the restaurant ( neither break fast nor dinner) they are giving you a voucher for one bottle of water and one soda for dinner per person, and in the morning they are delivering one small bottle per person ( but actually they are delivering it at 12 when you already had your breakfast) Food variety is extremely poor No Wi-Fi or internet by the hotel
