The main reason behind the hotel's high rating is its exceptional staff. From Mr. Abdel Rahman at the reception, who was cooperative throughout our stay, to Mr. Mahmoud in the restaurant, who consistently checked in with us during every meal to ensure quality service and taste. Additionally, Abdel Galil at the pool and aqua park took great care of all our needs. Our suite was very clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The open buffet offered a wide variety of options, but my personal favorites were the bakery selection at breakfast and the desserts at dinner, especially the oriental sweets—I highly recommend not missing them! Regarding activities, the hotel offers a heated indoor pool, which is perfect for winter, while the outdoor pools, including the aqua park, are not heated. There was night entertainment, though we unfortunately didn’t attend. The game room was also a great addition, featuring billiards, table tennis, and foosball. The beach was clean and well-organized, though it was a bit too cold for swimming. However, simply relaxing by the sea was more than enjoyable. This hotel would definitely be my choice when visiting Sokhna again, but mainly for short vacations. To the staff—keep up the great work!

Ужасно! Сервис минус 5. В ресторане взяли у моего 5 летнего ребёнка сумку чтобы посмотреть что лежит внутри, я так поняла подумали что она туда еду положила. Я даже не успела отреагировать... Ужасно!!!! Номера и мебель старые. Разнообразие в еде отсутствует. Бар с сервисом минус пять. Развлечений кроме одного маленького подогреваемого бассейна никаких!!!!

Neat apartment, delicious food, good accommodation, Christina in concierge, thank you for your help Very interesting night shows , and day activities also Indoor pool is clean and big Rooms are big and comfortable Overall i highly recommend it for relaxation in holidays

Good place no choice feel as you in gail
Nice place and good stuff but I booked 3 days because there’s no transport or taxi and no paid service for connecting or visiting other places I feel im not free and i contact with reception to cancel the third night no buddy answer me or give me any help ( no super market no good food or choices)

We are just back from three nights and we really had so much fun the kids were so happy the hotel is super clean even the toilets on the pool and the aqua is very clean the staff are amazing starting from the Bell man ,the reception ,the security, the chefs and for safety they always has guards very careful for the kids and adults the food was so tasty and the restaurant is so organized even when it was busy you don't fell it thanks alot for the amazing experience we had

الفندق كان لطيف ولما طلبت منهم يغيروا المنتجات المقاطعه ويجيبوا منتجات مش مقاطعه عملوا كده الاكل كان حلو بذات العشا الفطار العيش كان بايت للاسف ومكنش حلو هو المخبوزات بس بشكل عام القعدة كانت مريحة ومثالي للعائلات وبيبقى في حفلات للاطفال بليل ولعب وعلاء كان بيعمل تمارين ستريتشات

Cleanliness is very good Location and views excellent Restraunt is delicious and variable 🍽 Pools especially heated one is 👍 others also good but weather unfortunately is 🥶 Animation team is the best in the place cooperative and funny Towel pool man Mr mohamed thank you Drawbacks : 1.Beach is a way 500 m but there is golf car 2.Restraunt workers always sad 😔 and this is not appropriate Generally I appreciate the hotel and my visit and may repeat it inshallah 🙏 in the future
