We could submit our personal details via our mobile phones anywhere anytime prior arriving. Then upon arriving, using the PIN sent to our emails, we could smoothly enter the entrance. We loved that there were free flow of hot & cold drinks, alcohol and non-alcohol, free flow chocolates/sweets/japanese nuts available. We were a group of 7, so we used the common space for our meals. The rooms were huge for Japan standards with a small sink, dining table attached. Each booking came with a car park lot. The car park is just a 2-3 minutes drive away and we just parked accordingly to our room number. I cannot be more pleased with my stay here and will definitely recommend friends to stay here.

I requested a room with a good view, but I had a room with a corner room with both sides of the sea and the mountain, and the view was good and I saw Asahi. Kanpo no yado, one of the good hotels around the Atami area, is a great place to stay for relaxation & well being. Upon arriving at the hotel, we we're welcomed warmly by the friendly staff. They made us feel so welcome and at home. Our room was spacious, very comfortable, and clean, not to mention the spectacular view from our balcony, seeing the real beauty of the whole Atami! We absolutely love our stay and would highly recommend to anyone visiting the Atami region.

大人6人幼児1人で２泊しました。夕食なし朝食のバイキングも豊富で、美味しくいただきました。お部屋も和洋室で使いやすいし、展望の良い大浴場は、ジェットバスが湯音も良く気に入りました。ただ、週末ということもあり、ローソン隣の市営駐車場までの５分ほどの坂道が交通量多いので、注意を要するところです。チェックアウト時はホテル隣の駐車場まで車を回せたので、ラクでしたが。元々予定していた温泉旅行でしたが、ホテル側のお計らいもあり、支援金も活用できてラッキーでした。５歳の子が花火に大喜びしてくれました！

Last time I chose ”room with hot springs”, but this time I stayed in a Japanese room with 8 tatami mats. (It's the cheapest plan) The view is on the other side of the room with a hot spring, and you shouldn't expect it because you can only see the cityscape. Also, although there is no indoor bath, there is a large communal bath, so there is no problem. The large communal bath changes daily, but both are large baths and have good hot water. There is also a hot spring area so you can relax. Now it seems normal to park in the second parking lot (plane) a little far from the first parking lot (mechanical parking lot). But please note that it is a little far away. Well, there is a supermarket just a few minutes walk away, so it's a good plan for traveling alone, and I think it's good because you can relax. If you want to luxury, there are various plans, so I think it is good to choose and stay.

[Bedroom] Smells of cigarettes. There is no air purifier. (No rental) I sprinkled it because there was Febreze, but I couldn't erase the smell of cigarettes. The refrigerator did not get cold and the beer I bought became lukewarm. The bedside could only charge USB. (Power is required to charge the smartphone at high speed) I didn't notice that the glass cup was in the drawer. The glass cup was dirty and I didn't feel like using it. [Toilet] With washlet. Clean. The scenery might be beautiful during autumn leaves. ■Nearby Attractions We recommend going to Niji no Sato on a free electric bicycle. Fuji. Also, if you have a receipt for staying at Shuzenji Onsen, Niji no Sato will give you a 30% discount. ■ Room 　The room was spacious and the bed was set on tatami mats, so it was comfortable to sleep. It was nice to have a humidifier. ■ Meals Buffet style with a competitive number of items. If you are with children, you can enjoy it in an entertainment mood. It might be more fun if you make it a fair specification such as cotton candy. On the contrary, it is a mess, so it is not recommended for those who want to enjoy it slowly or emphasize the atmosphere. ■ Amenities 　In front of the Daily Yamazaki convenience store in the ryokan, you can take whatever you want as much as you like. I think that management efforts to reduce personnel and maintenance costs are rational, only for Obako Hotel. I think the service of choosing a yukata is very good. Wouldn't it be nice to have a special yukata for a fee? If there is a design that looks good on Instagram. ■ Hospitality 　The check-in time was around 17:00, so I contacted them in advance. At that time, there are only two dinners at 18:00 and 18:30, and the 19:45 two-part system is not being done at this time, so I hurried to the hotel without eating lunch. At the front desk of the inn, it was said that after 18:00, there would be a two-part system at 19:30, and there was a discrepancy between the phone and time. Although I complained about it, the woman at the reception was indifferent, with no apology or confirmation, whether the complaint was a daily occurrence. Perhaps the person on the phone misunderstood and told the time, but I asked if there was 19:45, and although I insisted that it was not, I regret that I told the wrong time. . I can't help but make a mistake, but I was disappointed because there was no follow-up at the reception.

We were greeted by hotel staff upon arrival. We were not given the option to select dinner time, which was set at 8pm which was late when compared with counterparts. We were only given the option to change to 5pm on the subsequent night, which was not convenient for us. The arrangement for who gets to be seated with the forest view or not is unknown and strange. On the first night we were seated at a room without a view, which was stuffy and adjacent tables full of uncleared dishes which give rise to an unpleasant odour. The other customers sitting in the room was served food all at once encompassing shabu shabu, while sashimi bowl was offered as a buffet. We were offered a forest view on the second night. Food was served according to courses, which was average and sashimi offered was similar to what was offered in the buffet though in large pieces. Breakfast was better with Japanese and western foods available. Rooms and onsens were nice. Recommend only choose the room only option as food was really not up to standard when compared to other Japanese counterparts.

I suddenly decided to go to Numazu and made a reservation on the night of the day of my stay. I was confused because the entrance was a little difficult to understand, but the front desk was simple and clean and very beautiful. The room feels like an ordinary hotel, but the bath is amazing! I imagined a unit bath in an ordinary hotel, but the unit bath here is wide without a feeling of oppression, and it is partly wood grain and the design is nice. I thought it was a hotel made by Daiwa House. The price is not high, so I will definitely use it again next time I go to Numazu. The bath was a high score anyway. By the way, there is a corner with a microwave oven and vending machine on the top floor. There is a 7-Eleven diagonally opposite the hotel, so you don't have to worry if you're hungry in the middle of the night! The station is close, and the parking lot (1 day 1000 yen) is also available, so the convenience is excellent.
