Hotels near Ishiyama Himono, Atami

The outdoor onsens were stunning but very busy. Free beverages until 5pm. The 2 annex buildings are connected so you don’t have to walk outside. The hotel is very grand. Unfortunately our room was right next to the elevator so I got woken up by elevator noise from 5am and couldnt fall asleep again because of the heavy use of the elevators. Although some people may feel that it’s a hassle to do online check-in without a ‘proper’ hotel front desk assistance, we didn’t have any issues. We could submit our personal details via our mobile phones anywhere anytime prior arriving. Then upon arriving, using the PIN sent to our emails, we could smoothly enter the entrance. At the lobby, there were tablets, for each guests to take their picture for verification to the information we had submitted beforehand. Then we were connected to a call centre which asked us some simple questions then it was done. We loved that there were free flow of hot & cold drinks, alcohol and non-alcohol, free flow chocolates/sweets/japanese nuts available. We were a group of 7, so we used the common space for our meals. The rooms were huge for Japan standards with a small sink, dining table attached. Each booking came with a car park lot. The car park is just a 2-3 minutes drive away and we just parked accordingly to our room number. I cannot be more pleased with my stay here and will definitely recommend friends to stay here.

大人6人幼児1人で２泊しました。夕食なし朝食のバイキングも豊富で、美味しくいただきました。お部屋も和洋室で使いやすいし、展望の良い大浴場は、ジェットバスが湯音も良く気に入りました。ただ、週末ということもあり、ローソン隣の市営駐車場までの５分ほどの坂道が交通量多いので、注意を要するところです。チェックアウト時はホテル隣の駐車場まで車を回せたので、ラクでしたが。元々予定していた温泉旅行でしたが、ホテル側のお計らいもあり、支援金も活用できてラッキーでした。５歳の子が花火に大喜びしてくれました！

I took the elevator to the third floor, and I felt very lost with the left, right and stairs (there is a guide to the room when you arrive) I rented a room called ”manten” in the new building. It is very large and comfortable. You can drink refrigerators and coffee cherry tea. We also have chocolate and Japanese confectionery sold at the store. Amenities are also available in POLA, and the bed is large and comfortable. The bath in the inner bath is outside! It feels a little hot. The season was not so cold outside in June, but it feels cold outside in winter. (It may be cold until it is soaked in hot water because the cherry blossoms are to some extent) The bath of Hinoki is hot with hot water flowers and wind flow. The scenery can see the house and the sea. It was very clean. Dinner is 6 o'clock (time can be selected) It was a cute woman from Burma who greeted me in front of the dining room. It feels like I stood and waited for dinner and breakfast. I was fluent in Japanese and was very friendly and polite. The dishes are Japanese and very delicious. It was good that there was no salt or amount left. The boiling of gold eye was also made well and delicious. Breakfast is served at 8 o'clock, dried food, hot tofu and salad to choose from... This was also good, and the rice cooked and the water were good. I changed it because it was delicious! The master said, ”Rice is delicious” if it is not a koshihikari from Minami Uonuma! (the inn provided Yamagata rice is very delicious) One unfortunate thing is that G comes out of the gap of the lion of the inner hot water (bug) I entered the room. I called the front desk and asked for a * insect spray, and I did not crush it well, but ... it was a little scorched because it was big. I think it was very good. I answered the questionnaire and received the bathing agent of this inn (laughs) I want to see you again next time. Thank you.

Last time I chose ”room with hot springs”, but this time I stayed in a Japanese room with 8 tatami mats. (It's the cheapest plan) The view is on the other side of the room with a hot spring, and you shouldn't expect it because you can only see the cityscape. Also, although there is no indoor bath, there is a large communal bath, so there is no problem. The large communal bath changes daily, but both are large baths and have good hot water. There is also a hot spring area so you can relax. Now it seems normal to park in the second parking lot (plane) a little far from the first parking lot (mechanical parking lot). But please note that it is a little far away. Well, there is a supermarket just a few minutes walk away, so it's a good plan for traveling alone, and I think it's good because you can relax. If you want to luxury, there are various plans, so I think it is good to choose and stay.

[Bedroom] Smells of cigarettes. There is no air purifier. (No rental) I sprinkled it because there was Febreze, but I couldn't erase the smell of cigarettes. The refrigerator did not get cold and the beer I bought became lukewarm. The bedside could only charge USB. (Power is required to charge the smartphone at high speed) I didn't notice that the glass cup was in the drawer. The glass cup was dirty and I didn't feel like using it. [Toilet] With washlet. Clean. [Washing basin] It's small enough to have no place to put things, but it's beautiful. There is no towel to wipe your hands. Only paper towels are left. Hair dryer is good in Saronia. [Room bath] It was old and moldy. [Japanese-style room] It didn't smell like cigarettes as much as the bedroom. There was no pen or memo paper. The teacup was thin, so when I poured hot water, it became hot and I couldn't hold it. The comforter looked fluffy and nice. The actress mirror was good! [Large bath] Slippers were devised so that they would not mix with others. It was good that there was an open-air bath, a hot bath, a hot water, and a hot water! [Guest room] It was quiet without the sound of the next room, the sound of the upper room, and the sound of people walking in the corridor. [Cooking] It was delicious, but there was no particular personality. [Yukata] The guideline for choosing the size was written in height, but the width was too large, so I changed it to one size smaller. I thought it would be kind if there was a guideline for the system. [Amenity] I wish I had something like a health towel to wash my body. When I saw it, the hair band was gone. I wish I had a bunscrap (hair clip). [Transfer bus] It was convenient and helpful. [Location] It was convenient because Max Value, which is open 24 hours a day, was next door. [General review] It was good because the age group of customers was high and the atmosphere was calm. The Japanese style room was divided into Western style rooms and Japanese style rooms, so I thought it could be used for families with puberty children and families of two generations.

■ Location 　Take a bus (220 yen cash only) from Shuzenji Station and get off at Miyukibashi, 2-3 minutes. The other side across the new bridge along the Katsura River. About 7 minutes on foot from Shuzenji Onsen Station on the route bus. Large high-rise inn. The scenery might be beautiful during autumn leaves. ■Nearby Attractions We recommend going to Niji no Sato on a free electric bicycle. The bicycle was also made by Panasonic and was new, and it was powerful even on the slopes. You can get there in about 20 minutes. At Niji no Sato, you can enjoy steam locomotives and views of Mt. Fuji. Also, if you have a receipt for staying at Shuzenji Onsen, Niji no Sato will give you a 30% discount. ■ Room 　The room was spacious and the bed was set on tatami mats, so it was comfortable to sleep. It was nice to have a humidifier. ■ Meals Buffet style with a competitive number of items. If you are with children, you can enjoy it in an entertainment mood. It might be more fun if you make it a fair specification such as cotton candy. On the contrary, it is a mess, so it is not recommended for those who want to enjoy it slowly or emphasize the atmosphere. ■ Amenities 　In front of the Daily Yamazaki convenience store in the ryokan, you can take whatever you want as much as you like. I think that management efforts to reduce personnel and maintenance costs are rational, only for Obako Hotel. I think the service of choosing a yukata is very good. Wouldn't it be nice to have a special yukata for a fee? If there is a design that looks good on Instagram. ■ Hospitality 　The check-in time was around 17:00, so I contacted them in advance. At that time, there are only two dinners at 18:00 and 18:30, and the 19:45 two-part system is not being done at this time, so I hurried to the hotel without eating lunch. At the front desk of the inn, it was said that after 18:00, there would be a two-part system at 19:30, and there was a discrepancy between the phone and time. Although I complained about it, the woman at the reception was indifferent, with no apology or confirmation, whether the complaint was a daily occurrence. Perhaps the person on the phone misunderstood and told the time, but I asked if there was 19:45, and although I insisted that it was not, I regret that I told the wrong time. . I can't help but make a mistake, but I was disappointed because there was no follow-up at the reception.

This hotel is right next to the Mishima train station for both regular JR trains and Shinkansen trains on Tokyo-Osaka line. One can walk in without even cross the road. Access if from the first floor (ground) and the reception is in the second floor. There is a small shopping area in the ground floor. Rooms are of good size with separate seating area. Beds are comfortable and have all facilities expected in a first class hotel. More importantly the toilet and bathroom are in sperate enclosures. If one gets the station side rooms, one could see Mt Fuji in all its glory. Breakfast is good with a choice of Japanese and western dishes; and staff is quite helpful. The only issue is that noise insulation could be little better; it is certainly not comparable to what we found in a hotel situated next to a busy train track.

真的超乎我的想象，酒店離JR走路5分鐘之內，房間是老式酒店，還用着很傳統的房間鑰匙，喲定的是不含早餐的房間，但是依然為我們準備了早餐（可頌和香蕉），房間的衞生也很不錯，洗浴用品是POLA的，也貼心準備了睡衣，房間大小也比東京好太多。出門的時候前台大叔還會貼心提醒我們箱根可能要下雨，讓我們記得帶傘。這個價格真的是性價比超高，下次如果還來這裏的話我依舊會選擇這家酒店！
