Good location esp for FIREWORKS but it is totally outdated! The free hotel shuttle is also a good point.

Very popular onsen resort with local families. But because of the sheer number of people at the resort, the later buffet times do not work so well, as food would run out. Food is ok, but seems like the a very select few locals manager to order lots of giant crab legs somehow which made us super envious. The resort is very dusty and triggered my allergy, will not be coming back.

The big window in our room gave us a beautiful view of the Atami ocean, which was really nice. The Roman bath was also very spacious, so we were able to relax in it. The only thing that was disappointing was that the building containing Hana no Yu and the elevator smelled so bad of humidity and mold that we couldn't get on the elevator without holding a towel over our mouths.

A typical old-style Japanese hot spring hotel, with free shuttle bus to and from Atami Station. The room facilities are a bit old and are tatami rooms. The reservation includes buffet breakfast and dinner, and the food variety for both meals is relatively rich, but the taste is average. The self-service drinks are well received, providing a variety of beer, sake, even champagne and various soft drinks. The hotel has two indoor large baths and an open-air bath. The indoor Roman bath is very beautiful and distinctive, and the open-air bath has a view of the port. In general, it is an average-level hot spring hotel, but the price in peak season is not cheap.

The welcoming cakes and senbei are very delicious~ Yukata and toiletries are available in the lobby on the first floor. There are four major categories of public baths. The Roman bath is the largest (with a sauna and a cold water pool) and the flower bath is also relatively spacious (also with a sauna and a cold water pool). The open-air bath on the top floor is relatively small, and it is not easy to soak with many people. Then there are several family baths, which are first-come, first-served, and queued. All baths are included in the room rate, and you can soak in them all, which is still very fun. The breakfast is very complete and delicious~ It feels so grand with one or two hundred people dining at the same time~ There are Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk who will tell you a lot of details, which is very considerate The hotel also has a shuttle bus. It is recommended to confirm the time and shuttle point in advance. If you miss it, you can take the bus, which is also very convenient It just feels like the gate is like an iron fence, and it is relatively old. It can be renovated~

The room is great and very big, the hot spring is also very unique, the entertainment facilities are very complete, the environment is very good, and the breakfast is also very rich. I like it very much and will choose it again next time.

The service, bath, and food were all very good. We were especially satisfied with the wide variety of food, which was delicious. However, regarding the rental mahjong, it is a reservation system for one-day rental (we were unable to make a reservation, so we were unable to make one), and when we looked inside the mahjong room, it was often unused, so if you could rent it by the hour, such as for three hours, more customers would be able to use it. We would appreciate it if you could consider this.

The room for a family of three, I saw 6 pairs of slippers and a very large Japanese-style room as soon as I entered the door. Maybe this room can accommodate more people? The room is in good sanitary condition, and the facilities are slightly old, but it does not affect the use. There are two hot springs, and hot springs can be soaked almost all day, separated by men and women. It is very close to the Atami Fireworks Festival. In fact, we could have watched it in the room, but because we didn't know the terrain, we chose to go to the park. There are Chinese service staff, and communication is very convenient. The sea view room is really super cool ~ I like it. This area is much quieter than the area near Atami Station. There are some small restaurants around that are very distinctive, and the seafood is fresh and delicious. If I come to Atami again, I will choose Onoya.

The room is large and well-equipped, but it is a bit old. There are a number of free karaoke rooms, a game room, a mahjong room, billiards, table tennis, a huge Roman hot spring, a Japanese hot spring, and three or four family hot springs. There are nearly ten different styles of yukata to choose from.

The hotel was crowded on the day of the fireworks. The buffet breakfast and dinner need to be booked in advance with the front desk. The food is also very average. The room price is more realistic when there are no fireworks, which is in line with the service of this hotel.

We were traveling as a family, but there were only enough futons and cups for the number of adults. I think it would be nice to have extras in that area. There were guests with slippers by the pool. A smile is important. I went to this hotel because it was the one my parents went to on their honeymoon. The elevator doors closed quickly. The cleaning was not thorough. The bath temperature was high. I wish they would make a place where you can use a lukewarm bathtub or make it lukewarm with tap water. There are not many ramps. In this day and age, it is difficult to move around in a wheelchair. I thought the facilities were expensive for the Itoen group. It was just under 80,000 yen for 4 adults and 2 children. The service was not good, even during the Obon period, so I wrote this review. I used it with a group of disabled people before, and it was a good experience, so I used it with my family. Please focus on the concept and putting the customer first. The food was satisfactory.

The Japanese-style room is clean and beautiful, with multiple public hot spring pools and a variety of entertainment activities. The children are very happy. The buffet dinner and breakfast buffet are rich and have many choices.

The room is large, but the hygiene level is extremely poor. It was impossible to sleep on the Japanese tatami bedding. After lying down for five minutes, I was covered in allergy bumps and red marks. The single bed was only 1.1 meters tall. When I opened the closet, there was an old musty smell. I have great distrust in the hygiene level of this hotel. I accidentally saw that the only cleaning tool in the bathroom was a vacuum cleaner. It is recommended that the hotel get rid of bed bugs quickly.
