We checked in October 15, 2021 around 10:pm. I had booked and paid almost 50 Euro for a room by **********. When we got our room, I noticed the room was too much hot and humid. I tried to turn on cooling system But it did not work. I asked the the receptionist to have a look and fix. There was a repair man who came and tried to fix. But, when they notice, they can not fix the problem, they claimed it should be like that!! while other rooms and even the lobby was very pleasant with the cooling system they had! I was sweating and my Shirt was almost wet. I showed the receptionist and said that this is not a normal. He just ignored while he was siting under a cooler!
I asked them to change our room. But the receptionist firstly claimed there is no room!
I know Turkish but I pretend I do not know. When I starte to complain loudly, I noticed they told each other that we can give the 5th floor room just get ride of this man! When we had a look, I noticed the room smelling too bad. It seemed the toilet had a problem. They did this to convince me that our room was the best room! Finally, when they noticed that I will not give up and I started to shout in front of other customers, they send us to the third floor! That room cooling system was working. Then I noticed that for the last 2 hours, the receptionist was completely lying! First he said the temperature is normal, then he said that he has no vacant room while they had. He was a disgusting lier. Never ever come back there
