I got scammed by SPA. When I explain the guest relation about saturation they rejected listen to me and they didn’t help at all.

The check-in process became a bit unpleasant as their stated policies did not match what was written in our trip.com booking confirmation. This included check-in time and number of guests for the room. We included our children and even had their ages listed in the confirmation. Upon check-in we were told that it was only a room for two adults. We were then instructed to pay extra for one child. Policies should be conveyed clearly when booking so we can know what to expect. Otherwise, the room had a beautiful view and the kids enjoyed the large pool. The breakfast buffet had a great selection.

It’s one of if not the best hotel in Aswan, situated in an exclusive island with an amazing view of the Nile and Nubian village. The staff was super comforting and lovely. There’s a shuttle boat that runs 24 hours to the main center of Aswan. I had an incredible time here. ＜3

The hotel is in an island in the Nile river - there are 2 buildings old and new -The Nile view from the balcony is amazing. Great breakfast - polite and courteous staff . Everything is excellent.

it would be time to renovate rooms and mattresses need to be urgently changed in Tower building. Regular breakfast buffet offer.

The worst hotel so far. We booked two classic river view rooms, but the two rooms at the bottom of the G floor at the front desk had no river view at all. They were rooms at the corner of the swimming pool. After negotiation, I explained to a short and fat Egyptian guy at the front desk that I had made a note when booking. But he said in a cold manner that bookings on third-party platforms were not guaranteed and would not be replaced. I had no choice but to check in and found that the toilet bowl was full of yellow stains and the toilet paper could not be flushed. There were small bugs on the wall above the phone. The hotel needs to take a ferry to get there, which is not very convenient. This is another reason not to recommend it. No wonder there are so many bad reviews on the platform. It turns out there is a reason. When I left the hotel, I complained to the front desk manager and said that I would be given a free room upgrade next time; but it’s a pity that we will never come to this place again!

The most satisfying hotel in Egypt during the ten days. I highly recommend the Nile View Suite, the balcony is very large and the view is really amazing. The price is more than a thousand cheaper than the old waterfall that day. The facilities are not very old.

Currently the hotel only opens the old building. The rooms here are in disrepair. The decoration and furniture are far from the 5-star standard. But the price is at the 5-star level. Very disappointed

It is quiet in a bustling city. Check-in and check-out of the hotel on the island are both done by boat, which is quite interesting.

Part of the French Accor Group, it is located on a small island in the center of Aswan. It is surrounded by water and has unparalleled scenery. The most important thing is that the ice cream is delicious.
