The Old Falls is more famous than it is worth. The view of the Nile River is indeed unparalleled, but the hotel is just so-so. The overall area is actually quite small. There is a Carrefour opposite where you can park and stroll around.

The Nile River is absolutely beautiful. I thought that I might only come to Aswan this time and stay at the old waterfall. It's a good thing I stayed at the old waterfall. I really may not go to Aswan again. The service is a kind of performance-style "I will do my best to arrange the best for you", but it's actually nothing. Anyway, you have to strive for reasonable requirements yourself, which is the case for foreign hotels. By the way, the breakfast is super unpalatable!

We stayed in two rooms, the new building (Nile view) and the old building (garden view). The interior decoration of the new building is not as retro and elegant as the old building, but the bathroom and room layout are much larger than the old building, and the Nile view is really unbeatable. Both are different and worth it. It is recommended to stay for two nights.
