Очень понравилось множество услуг: различные рестораны, бары, бассейн, сауна, прокат велосипедов, фитнес-центр и др. Цена не высокая, на уровне рыночной. Завтрак вкусный со шведского стола. Красивый вид из окна. Близость набережной, где "течет жизнь".

Останавливались в этом отеле на одни сутки. Очень понравилось размещение. В пешей доступности от Кремля (примерно 15 минут прогулочным шагом) и набережной. Комфортные номера. Все довольно новое. Очень чисто. Мы, как РЕВИЗЗОРО в самых недоступных местах пролазили. Пыли нет!!!:) Постель удобная. В ванной есть все, что надо. Даже бритвенные принадлежности. Очень отзывчивый персонал. Когда у нас сел у машины аккумулятор, молодой человек на стойке регистрации и руководитель технической службы оказали нам большую помощь. Спасибо им большое. Что касается питания - у нас был только один завтрак. Скажем так - довольно скромный. Выпечка не порадовала. Отсутствие соков. Но нам хватило. Всем рекомендую этот отель.

Вполне достойный отель, удобно расположенный. Обслуживание внимательное. Номера чистые. Постель удобная. Завтраки скромные, но достаточные. Для командировки подходит. Есть бассейн, но не хватает спортзала.

Very nice hotel, convenient location (near the center of the city), very friendly staff. The rooms are large, clean, have good repair and good plumbing. Smoking in the hotel can be (almost) everywhere - in the rooms, in the lobby, in the bar and restaurant. Only 1 problem (as I can see) - uncomfortable mattress on the bed. Breakfast (from 7a.m. to 10 a.m.) - "buffet", with a small variety of products, but very tasty cooked. The hotel have swimming pool where you can swim from 9:00 to 21:00 (except Monday) - for FREE! So bring your swimsuits / trunks.)

Отель понравился. Проводили здесь совещание. Хороший ужин (жареный судак с гарниром) поднял настроение. Отзывчивый персонал. Номера стандартные, в люксе два балкона (можно курить втихаря). Отличный завтрак (есть и рыба и мясная нарезка и картошка с мясом на шведском столе).

Главный плюс - хорошее расположение отеля, вроде практически самый центр города, но довольно тихо и спокойно. С балконов хороший вид на город (а из ресторана на самом верху - еще лучше). Номера чистые и аккуратные (был в Suite), хотя мебель местами несколько потрепанная и панель управления от кондиционера подразбитая. В номере два телевизора с кучей каналов и довольно быстрый Wi-Fi (кино не качал, а рабочие загрузки все быстро проходили). Дополнительный плюс - за пресс для брюк в номере. Из минусов номера отметил бы неудачное расположение розеток (под рабочим столом только 1 свободная розетка в тройнике) и ненастраиваимый убогий будильник-радио. Из минусов отеля в целом отметил бы отвратительный завтрак (невкусный и скудный шведский стол), плохую гладильную доску в гладильной комнате (еще и для глажки рукавов штуковины нет). В остальном все ОК.

Были проездом, останавливались в 516 оба раза(номер 3 местный 4500р)нас оформлял администратор Михаил очень вежливый и внимательный . Обстановка милая все чистое, есть и одеяло и плед, удобные кровати. WiFi отличный!!! Номер чистый каждый день меняли полотенца. В тихом баре очень приветливая девушка, правда ожидали некоторое время, пока, она съездиет на 1 этаж в бар, за заказом. Вид ночью обалденный!!! Номер тихий соседей не слышно было. Нужные каналы были, телевизор плоский. В ванне были все необходимые принадлежности (щетка, паста ,мыло, шампунь, гель для душа) в первый раз в бассейн не попали в понедельник он не работает, но во второй - искупались. Вода хорошей температуры, бассейн не большой но хороший, все было чисто!!! Нам понравилось!!! Парковка тоже удобна, можно с балкона посмотреть на машину (тем кто волнуется😉)остались очень довольны и расположением и видом с балкона, будем еще в Астрахани остановимся в Victoria Palas
