Llegamos con una reserva para pasar cuatro días en este hotel con la finalidad de visitar la zona de León. El personal de recepción amabilísimo. Muchas gracias José Antonio por tu comprensión. Creemos que, como nosotros, viviste una situación muy violenta sin comerlo ni beberlo. Pues bien. Según entramos en nuestra habitación vimos un pelo en el suelo. El problema es que al recogerlo con una servilleta la misma quedo como se ve en la fotografía: negra y llena de mas pelos. Miramos el baño y la misma situación. Pedimos que volvieran a limpiarla y supuestamente a la vuelta de nuestro paseo estaría todo en orden. Pues al volver seguía todo igual. Lo volvimos a comunicar junto con nuestra intención de abandonar el hotel a la mañana siguiente. No se entiende que un hotel con tantas cosas a su favor (ubicación privilegiada y habitaciones y baños nuevos) tenga una limpieza tan pésima.

(my husband fit just fine and because he is thin). The balcony did not allow even a folding chair to fit and the views were of a wall. And to top it all off, the next day, before leaving, I wanted to tell them face to face and kindly that we were leaving very upset. When I started to tell them about the situation (on the entrance phone), they simply hung up on me after hearing what we had to tell them. They left me talking to myself (an incredible education). Of course, we STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND this accommodation and because I cannot give a minus 10, because it does not allow me to rate it.
