Great little hotel if you want close to airport. Yes it is in a busy noisy location but if that's a a problem just tell staff and a quiet room can be found. I was on 5th floor and it was perfect. Pool and restaurant also good  . Room simple but clean

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a pleasant experience overall. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, always ready to assist with a smile.

The location was convenient—close to restaurants, shops, and public transportation. I especially appreciated the quiet atmosphere, which made it easy to relax after a long day.

Breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options. While there’s some room for improvement in terms of speed during check-in and check-out, it wasn’t a major issue.

Overall, I’d say it’s a solid choice for both short and longer stays. Would definitely consider coming back.

The service was truly outstanding, and the staff's attitude was absolutely top-notch! They were exceptionally kind, friendly, responsible, and always ready to offer care and assistance. The hotel is very well-staffed, and the facilities are superb! They boast super king-sized beds, balconies in every room, a gym, and an incredibly diverse buffet breakfast featuring Western, Korean, and local Indonesian cuisine, plus a swimming pool. You can also enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the rooftop – there's no extra charge, no crowds, and it even features a complimentary 'infinity pool' (a popular photo spot!) where you can relax on a sun lounger with a free welcome drink! Other conveniences include a money exchange service and a café offering pastries. Every Thursday morning, the hotel also provides a complimentary Yoga class.

The location here is absolutely fantastic! It's right next to the beach, and downstairs you'll find a variety of restaurants, bars, and street food options like bakso and pork satay. Gigi's isu is also conveniently close by! While the bars nearby can be a bit noisy in the evenings, we were so exhausted after a full day of exploring that it didn't disturb our sleep at all. This place is genuinely convenient! Any issues we encountered were resolved by the hotel immediately, and the staff truly deserves full marks!

Check in was smooth. Staffs were friendly. 

Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking. 

In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception. 

If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception. 

If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant. 

Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.

From when we arrived the staff straight away attended to us by carrying our bags in and opening the car door for us. We couldn't check in before 2pm but we were allowed a pre check in while they set aside our bags. And when we came back to the hotel after our room was ready, they kindly sent our bags up for us.

The hotel room was really spacious and clean and they set 3 single beds like I requested. The beds were really comfortable. The air-conditioning was strong. However the trash cans were bare without any plastic linings, which I wished they had because throwing stuff inside without the trash bag felt a little icky. 

I wasn't really impressed with the shower and shampoo/conditioner dispenser. It was really quite inconvenient to use, and I'm pretty sure both dispensers were the same shower gel because the shampoo dispenser didn't really feel like shampoo or conditioner. It'd be better if they just used a travel sized bottle. Other than that the toilet was clean. I didn't have a chance to use the bathtub though.

The breakfast buffet had a variety of foods of which I thoroughly enjoyed, from breads, desserts, local food.

Overall highly recommend, the staff was attentive, the food was great, the room was spacious (but bring your own soap/shampoo). It's worth the price and enjoyed my stay. I would book this hotel a second time if come to Batam again.

Hotel stay was good, booked a Family room. Services were excellent and the location was ideal, all within walking distance. We had a very good sleep. My 2nd time staying here and the breakfast buffet has since improved with a wider spread.

Worth mentioning is that we requested 3 single beds, although 1st night it was a full house, 2nd day morning they really prepared it for us. But since we slept well, we declined the good offer. Thumbs up!

Overall stay was pleasant. Room, location, Convenience and safe. 
Only issue I had was the power points and usb ports for charging. Initially the power point works but usb did not. Then they replaced it. After that the power point does not work but usb ports work. 
Room took long time to cool down despite putting it at 17 degrees. 
Other than that, it’s was a pleasant and fun stay. Highly recommended to stay here for the convenience of shops, clinics, spas and food. There are 4 hotels in this area ….

Overall, room was nice but too DARK! no good spot for make up since its too dark. lighting very in need of improvement. Daytime light was okay since the room is surrounded by window, but at night, Junior suite room barely have any lights (only 2 hanging yellow dime light and the ceiling light above the window curtain.. imagine how dime is the room).
Unfortunately, just after check in, found a small cockroach in the bathroom. went hidden after calling Housekeeping, but it was not dead. Pest control could be improved.

For a four star hotel and higher category room type, i believe amenities could be improved. as the soap & shampoo provided was uncomparable below standard of other 4 star property like ascott / marriott, since they're using small tube of soap and shampoo. maybe they're cutting the cost there.

breakfast overall was good. many variety of food from Indonesian - Asian - International. But eggs station could be improved, as during rush hour, the queue was quite long. It can be seen that the chef is overwhelmed and causing the food quality to go down.
