Good hotel, conveniently located nearby the city centre and also not far from the airport. Staff is friendly and helpful, the room is nice and cosy, but the bathroom doesn’t have enough shelves to place all the hygiene items and the water from the shower cubicle leaks into the bathroom.

The front desk is beautiful and the hotel is clean and sanitary. The facilities are complete and the bed feels very comfortable to sleep on. It is not just ordinary comfort, it is simply a kind of enjoyment. It is a very good experience.

Of the three chain hotels I've been to in Astana, this one deserves first place. Excellent value for money. Everything is new, clean, very comfortable bed and pillows, great breakfast. On the downside, it's a bit far from the center and the shower has weak pressure.

The overall environment is average, not as good as the Hampton Inn in China. I have to praise the long breakfast time, which saves a lot of time for finding food. The room is narrow and the facilities are a bit shabby. The toiletries are only equipped with two toothbrushes (there is not even a mouthwash cup, which can be regarded as extremely shabby). The level of Ctrip's overseas response was really embarrassing. They were still bargaining for the price difference of the temporary room reservation. The result was that the two of us friends were stranded in a foreign country in the middle of the night with suitcases, and the hotel was only a mile away. We complained madly about the hotel and Ctrip, but the city of Astana is still very beautiful.

Very good, convenient transportation, very close to the city center, you can visit the square of the capital of Kazakhstan and the Tree of Life. You can pay to go upstairs to see the panoramic view of Astana.

We prepaid for a room with a double bed, during check-in we were told that all the rooms were occupied... they gave us a different category with two separate rooms, the windows from the room looked out onto the corridor and not onto the street.

The room was not cleaned when I came back at 6pm on the first night! The cleaning staff would dispose of my personal belongings, even if it was a plastic bag, it was my personal belongings and should not be thrown away casually. I still needed it, but they threw it away for no reason. The lid of the kettle in the room was broken. The attitude of the front desk was not very enthusiastic.
