The overall feeling of the hotel is good. Quiet, clean, nice layout, big room. There is a western breakfast. Although it is not in the center of the city, transportation is convenient. There are many bus stations and lines within a few hundred meters, and shopping is also convenient.

Hello! In no case do not book this "hotel" if you plan to save time, money and nerves. I booked a room on September 4 from 09/28/22 to 10/03/22. We left Omsk at 7.00 on September 28 in a private car with a two-year-old child. And they were very outraged when, upon arrival in Pavlodar, at about 11 pm, the manager wrote on WhatsApp that they had some technical problems. An amazing coincidence between the beginning of the issuance of summonses and our price for a room for 5 nights (about 12 thousand rubles). On the phone, she tried to portray something about a sewer break in our room. The mood is spoiled, the vacation is natural too! It’s good that we arrived by car, and not by plane or train. Naturally, there are no places now. No money was taken to cancel the booking.
