Отель отличный. Расстроило то, что потеряла там наушники, даже помню где их оставила, а мне сказали, что их не нашли. В заезд через день, муж оставил наушник в кровати, я позвонила в отель сразу же после выезда, чтобы посмотрели, сказали что отзвонятся, но прошло уже 3 дня, так никто и не позвонил. Очень огорчает такое безразличие.

Rubbish service. I booked a suite at such an expensive price, but I can't check in until 3pm. Check out before 12pm. It's my own rule. Bullying the Chinese!

Our stay in a hotel was perfect. The staff was very polite and useful. The room was clean and cosy. İn the room, we had all things. The swimming pool is big and clean. The sauna and swimming pool included. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of options.
