We hebben éen overnachting geboekt vanwege een bezoek aan een evenement in de omgeving. Bij het online boekingsproces werd mij min of meer een soort ‘validatieproces’ voor mijn identiteit opgedrongen, waarbij ook verplicht foto’s gemaakt moesten worden. Ik weiger dit soort zaken altijd dus ook nu. Vervolgens kun je (gelukking nog steeds) ook bij de receptie inchecken, maar desondanks kreeg ik later, dus na ingecheckt te zijn, een mail dat de ‘validatie’ niet gelukt was met het verzoek dit alsnog bij de receptie te doen. Bij het inchecken werd aangegeven dat het ontbijt tot 11 uur mogelijk was. Toen we ons kort voor half elf de volgende ochtend meldden, vertelde men dat dit tot half 11 was en dus eigenlijk niet meer kon. Dat was minpunt 2 dus. Uiteindelijk nog wel wat te eten gescoord, maar een paar broodjes en wat koffie voor € 15 pp ??? Tenslotte het online uitchecken. Ook daar wordt via een mail op aangedrongen, maar ook dan moet je eerst weer een app downloaden en installeren, dus wederom een nogo voor mij. Bij de receptie kreeg ik nog een rekening voor een diner aangeboden. We hadden inderdaad nog laat een hapje gegeten, maar dat ter plekke afgerekend. Sorry, foutje…. Kon er nog net af. Conclusie: als er ergens een andere accomodatie dan van der Valk beschikbaar is, dan heeft dat mijlenver de voorkeur! Wat een flappentap is van der Valk geworden zeg!

Super net hotel met mooie kamers super mooie welness en een grote fitnessruimte! Hotel ligt aan de bosrand kan zo het bos in. Restaurant is goes met vakkundig personeel erg netjes geholpen. Het ontbijt heeft veel keuze. Ik ben uitgeschreven maar moet 200 woorden gebruiken. Dat is nu wel gelukt denk ik!

Brunch gehad met familie maar het was te druk te veel mensen bij het buffet waardoor je nergens bij kunt en lsng in de rij moet staan en wachten moet en dat is best jammer.Dus mischien wat minder reserveringen maar we hebben wel heerlijk gegeten

Net hotel met prachtige Spa
Prima hotel! Nette kamer en vooral een prachtige Spa met gratis toegang voor hotelgasten. Diverse sauna’s zwembad en zelfs een sneeuwdouche. Mooie omgeving en het personeel was altijd vriendelijk bij vragen. Ontbijt zoals gewend bij van de Valk helemaal top.
