Location is great for walkability. Pool (really a large hot tub) is a nice feature although getting to it can be a weird trip up & down stairs depending upon what unit you're in. Units are vintage 60's, but kitchens & some bathrooms have been updated. Heating was a problem in bathroom. Furniture is old, too large for the size of the units and not very comfortable for hanging out. Some of the beds, at least in studio aren't great. Our friends reported that their unit Murphy bed required one person to crawl over the other to get out. The loft bed wouldn't be legal today. The ladder up to the loft is steep and you can't stand up. OK for a kid and if you don't have to get up at night.

Very average
This is a very average property that has an early 10am checkout, with a manager who'll loudly bang on your door to vacate. Nice customer service! I'll pass next time.

This is a nicely maintained small complex (10 units) that is located in downtown Aspen across from the hockey rink. Everything in and around town is within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They also have housekeeping service daily if you so choose. I highly recommend this property!!

Good place for the price. Good for longer stays because of the kitchenette. Nice balcony. Heated pool. The place is older, but functional. A suite can easily house a family. Our loft had a tricky staircase and low ceiling, but perfect for younger people, though it had only one big bed. The area is green and quiet and within an easy walking distance of everything. I felt like I got a lot for my money. The front desk is not staffed all the time, so it can be challenging, but luckily we needed someone only twice, checking in and out.
