Best hotel in Aspen
Hotel Jerome is always an excellent experience. The staff and the property are simply the best in Aspen. The historic and authentic building have all the best modern features one would expect in a 5 star property. There is no better staff or property in Aspen. Love this place!

the hotel was great nice pool cozy room excellent restaurant and bar but the babysitter provides for the hotel i was so dispointed ! ( from one agency in snowmass ) totally unprofessional and i can't believe who knows... if the hotel is 5 stars can they doesrecommend that horrible service

Overall a fantastic experience staying at this hotel. Before we even arrived we were comforted by the reservations agent, who was able to get us in a night early, over a major holiday weekend, as we were staying at a nearby property that was exceedingly disappointing. Upon check in the staff could not have been friendlier. The rooms are spacious and very well appointed. The bed comfortable (pillows were a little on the thin side but that was fine). The restaurant was fantastic, the bar was accommodating. The ski valet service was nice to have tho the pickup time wasn’t as prompt as you would hope, it is still a wonderful service and the staff were extremely friendly. Overall a 10/10 stay, will absolutely be returning.

Terrible customer service and over booking. They over booked rooms and didn’t have ours available even by 4pm guaranteed. Called 3 times and they lied about being able to check in. Really bad customer experience and terrible management practices.

Really upset we were having such a great trip and then we go to check in our hotel all excited and the room is not ready and we have to wait until 5 PM. We don’t get to get ready for dinner in time now. They didn’t offer us anything and we paid 3k a night.

remains a very special hotel. There is a disconnect with service with the Jerome bar compared to the rest of hotel. Short waitress and bartender couldn't be bothered when we had to get and go to the bar to order. Guest Room beautiful, as was the hotel. Guest services in front of the house over all could use a little more polish and attentiveness. Like the atmosphere and comfort compared to the Little Nell. Food and Beverage staff in restaurant and lobby bar excellent.
