Spacious room. Functionality and decor are perfect. Kyle and Courtney are great as far as staff goes. On to the bad: Maintenance staff roams from room to room without consent when we requested an a/c shut off due to cold temperatures outoors, housekeeping shows up unannounced and you can hear loud plumbing through the ceiling and there is no on/off button to control the a/c and heat temperature, which is odd. You will need to call Maintenance Staff.

Great Lodge. Perfect location near the Gondola and Lifts. Loved the Snowmass Village. Everyone was so helpful and kind from the moment we arrived and Jack at the office was amazing in giving us all the information we needed to make our stay perfect.

Rooms for my family were on 4th floor. Arrived tired after long flight and realized that the building had no functioning elevator. There was no one on site to help and no one to respond to calls. Seven suitcases later and many trips up 4 flights with kids and baggage- stay away. Disaster with no elevator in ski vacations

Wish there was, more options of Restaurants, on the property. Even the snow lift were not open to the public. It waS our first time there- we arrived later than expected and still it took over an 1- hr for Capital Peak Snowmass lodge team to have our room available- which was inconvenient-being that we were exhausted and wanted to get to the room , unwind and relax

Had to coordinate picking up my key through the main office. Jack at the Snowmass Mountain Lodging front desk couldn’t be more surly or less helpful. Couldn’t give me my key, snapped at me that I couldn’t leave my bags there, then wouldn’t even let me stand and wait in their lobby for 10 minutes. The rules are the rules, but he didn’t have to be a sanctimonious **** about it. I recommend renting at Capitol Peak from anyone other than. Snowmass Mountain Lodging.
