This hotel has a noisy bar on the first floor, making guests uncomfortable. The front desk was dismissive and seemed discriminatory towards Asians, unlike their friendly attitude towards others. After receiving the wrong room, the staff blamed the Trip platform and accused me of being aggressive when I tried to resolve it, then threatened to call the police and evicted me without a refund. Despite my travels to over 10 countries, this was my worst experience. Parking is difficult, the room quality is poor, and the heating is noisy. Avoid this hotel due to poor service and disrespectful staff.

Vraiment incroyable !! L’un des meilleurs hébergements que l’on a eu durant notre séjour de 10 jours en Islande. Le logement est très fonctionnel, bien aménagé et charmant. Le sol de la salle de bain est chauffé. L’emplacement est idéal pour voir les aurores boréales. Je recommande vivement

The place wasn't difficult to find, I was a bit worried when I was booking. The location is great, it is close to a lot of tourist attractions. Our room had a wonderful view of the falls. The wind and rain were strong when we stayed, but there wasn't any issue. The room design was chic and posh. The kitchen was fully equipped. I wish they will have flexible/refundable booking option. It was also a bit pricey. I will recommend for longer stays.
