Kosugi Resort Lodge

I stayed for one night without meals. It was dark and difficult to find my way when I checked in at sunset. The room was spacious, and both the kitchen and bathroom were roomy. It was old but clean. I came alone, but it felt like a perfect place for a family. The front desk was near the entrance, and the lodge was about a 5-minute drive away. Waking up to the expansive garden and the foothills of Aso was wonderful. For the bath, I received a ticket for 'Don Don Yu' which was about a 10-minute drive away, and I also had dinner there. If I have another chance, I'd love to stay longer. The cost performance was good, and I heard the bath in the room was also a hot spring.

The room was spacious, and the staff were very polite. Just remember to check in at the campsite down the mountain first, otherwise, you'll have to go all the way back down. Plus, they gave us hot spring vouchers, which was a nice bonus!

This is a very large hotel and my favorite. The bathroom and kitchen are fully equipped with everything you need, and the bedroom has a charming, old-fashioned Japanese style.

The place is quiet, and the forest environment was very satisfying. However, the nearby hot springs that were supposed to be included weren't open, so we had to travel 8km to another one. Overall, it was still pretty good.

I heard that the accommodations at Phi Phi Island Resort were not in good condition, but contrary to expectations, it was very clean and comfortable. When you get off the boat, a hotel staff member was waiting at the pier to help transfer our luggage with a cart and guided us to our room, which was very convenient. Breakfast was also provided, and the swimming pool was deep with plenty of sunbeds, so we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

The room was incredibly spacious. It was quite a walk from the front desk to the camping area, located in an apartment building with about four units. The room itself was huge, with a small kitchen and a little balcony. At night, you could even stargaze from the backyard, which was fantastic!

I didn't expect such a large room! Had a great stay, very peaceful location with mountain views. I even saw deer from the room. And the bath was very pleasant ☺️ It's better to have a car as it's quite far from all amenities.
