Price: Since it is not in the city center, the price is considered cheap. If you don’t come in summer, it is a very cost-effective accommodation.
Location: It is considered a residential area. It is not within the circle of Little Paris, but it is a 5-minute walk from the RER train station and about half an hour from the center of Paris. There are several restaurants nearby, about a 10-minute walk away, and many parks nearby.
Hygiene: There was a drain smell when I first entered the toilet, but it disappeared when I opened the window for ventilation. The bed was very clean, and the kitchen was also very clean.
Service: You can pay 5 euros to the front desk to get coins for washing and drying clothes. The sister at the front desk is also very patient.
Environment: It is a very new decoration, the underground and corridors are well designed, and the room is large, with a kitchen, a dishwasher and clean kitchenware. The toilet also has a hair dryer and hand sanitizer. ⚠️⚠️⚠️⚠️No air conditioning! No air conditioning! July and August are unbearable at all. You can turn on the fan if it's not too hot at night.

I stayed here during the Olympics, when visited some competitions. This apparthotel was nice, I didn't expect a full kitchen with microwave, stove, fridge with freezer and all utensils and even 3 bottles of complimentary water. Also good service, clean room with good street view and comfortable bed. The train station is just a 5 minutes walk and you can get into Paris city centre and the Olympics venues within 30 minutes to max. 1 hour. The only bad thing is that when you missed the last train, before 1 AM, it's complicated to get back with public transport, I took a taxi near Sant Ouan.

We stayed 3 nights here for the Paris Olympics. Hotel was in a quiet neighbourhood outside Paris but with excellent transport links (only 3 min walk to the RER). Generally, facilities were good in the room - safe, small kitchenette, table & chairs, spacious shower room but no air conditioning. The mattress was solid and somewhat uncomfortable and sleeping was challenging due to the heat - there was a small desk fan available but it was mainly circulating the warm air. Our room (215) definitely had bedbugs which was very uncomfortable - we woke up each day covered in bites. Good location & value for money but wouldn’t stay again due to bedbugs.

We stayed from August 10 to 12, 2022 in a 3-room apartment. When you arrive at reception, the place is clean, modern and welcoming. What was our surprise when we discovered our accommodation! It's dirty, holes in the walls, broken tiles, sewage smells, broken refrigerator door, cigarette smells... The photos can confirm that it doesn't look anything like those on the site. Far from a 3 star 🌟 !!! The staff is not pleasant! We do not recommend it.
