Outstanding
Exceptionally good. Interior design to a very high standard. All staff were very friendly, helpful and professional. Impeccable cleanliness. Safe secure underground car park. Central location in this market town. We received an upgrade to a very spacious and beautifully presented room. The spa and pool were especially superior with a wide range of facilities. Great service in the bar and at breakfast and suggestions for local restaurants. Highly recommended when visiting this picturesque Altopiano region.

Could be even better
Excellent hotel. Top class facilities including great spa area, very comfortable beds.
Service was a little brisk and could have done more to show case the features of the hotel. Asiago is a family community- some more personal attention would suit the hotel well- very good experience overall.

Esperienza bellissima a partire dall’enorme camera da letto super moderna e con un camino finto stupendo per dare una giusta atmosfera all’ambiente (mai trovata una camera cosi bella). SPA molto accogliente..dispone di una piscina non tanto calda però , bagno turco ,sauna finlandese, sauna al fieno (la mia preferita) con un profumo straordinario e vari percorsi sensoriali . L’unica pecca,se vogliamo trovarla, è il fatto della colazione che non è stata a buffet esposto come solitamente sono abituata a trovare ma bisognava chiedere alla cameriera in sala le cose da mangiare e bere,forse perché eravamo in pochi. Nel complesso sono stata molto soddisfatta e contenta del posto e del personale molto gentile. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Decisamente tutto perfetto. Dal garage coperto, camera basic immensa...possibilità di collegare il bluetooth in camera per la musica, personale gentile, direttamente in centro. Fiore all'occhiello la zona SPA!! Non capisco quelli che si son lamentati della colazione...un'offerta cosi varia l'ho vista in pochi hotel 4 stelle. Torno sicuramente.

Importante struttura, elegante e ben manutenuta, al centro del pieno centro di Asiago. Spettacolare e ben attrezzata la Spa collegata al bar, al giardino ed alle Jacuzzi esterne. Ottimi i trattamenti con la signora Anna. Belle ed accessoriate le camere. Eccezionale il personale, vero must dell’hotel. Dolcissime le due ragazze del ristorante, professionali e gentilissimi barman e portineria. Molto bene sia la cena al ristorante che la colazione. Venendo agli aspetti migliorabili è poco accettabile - visto lo standing dell’hotel - che (almeno al terzo piano) l’acqua della doccia arrivi appena tiepida e non calda, ma soprattutto che vengano proposte a chi viene in Altopiano in cerca di un po’di fresco, delle camere fronte sole con temperature interne vicine ai 30* e senza condizionatore (noto che molto gentilmente ci hanno spostati di camera). Tolgo quindi una stella, pronto a rimetterla quando arriverà un idraulico per sistemare l’acqua calda e installare almeno un paio di pinguini provvisori nelle stanze più a rischio forno.

Hotel stupendo, dalle foto già si vedeva la qualità della strutta, ma dal vivo rende ancora di più, sembra una favola. Siamo stati felicissimi dello staff di sala, Iadira e Sofia ci hanno trattati e seguiti in maniera esemplare nelle colazioni, sono molto simpatiche. Tutta la struttura e le camere sono pulitissime ed arredate in grande stile. Se non siete della zona e non sapete dove andare per visitare l’altipiano, chiedete allo staff della reception, Michele, paziente e sempre con il sorriso, ha avuto un suggerimento per ogni tipologia di escursione e giorno per giorno ci ha consigliato luoghi stupendi da visitare. Posizione ottima e percheggio disponibile a pagamento. Speriamo di ritornarci presto!

Siamo veramente felici di aver scelto questa struttura che è ancora più bella dal vivo, nonostante le foto rendano veramente l’idea. Ha una Spa di medie dimensioni che racchiude tutto ciò di cui uno ha bisogno. Le ragazze di sala, Sofia e Iadira simpaticissime e sempre cortesi, colazione a buffet ottima! Pulizia impeccabile, la camera è tutta la struttura sapevano di pulito, tutto era tenuto con molta cura. Michele alla reception, super gentile, ci ha dato un sacco di consigli utili sui luoghi da visitare durante la nostra vacanza. Quando si dice “il personale che fa la differenza”. Speriamo di tornarci presto!
