The rooms cleanliness was not the greatest. A few other small things here, there, and back again. What was most concerning, was the tape on the fire alarm left by painters I guess. All I know is I probably won’t stay here again. The guy at the front desk when we checked out though was nice and offered a discount for the mishaps.

Great location and continental breakfast. Rooms are older. Smelled a bit of stale cigarettes for it being non-smoking. Stains on our bedding - I wouldn't have minded that it was an older room that wasn't well maintained for the price but the stains on the bedding creeped me out. Staff was friendly.

Our room was very clean and the heat was put on for us before we arrived so it was cozy. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom and shower were very clean. Looks like they've recently replaced the carpeting too (we come here at least once a year). Highly recommend!

We came here for one night and it was absolutely vile. When we first walked in it smelt like cigarette smoke. When we were finally able to check in, our rooms look like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. My room had yellow curtains that were ripped and had bugs crawling all over them. We also had dead bugs everywhere as well as bugs crawling all over the walls. The amount of dust suggested that the rooms had not been cleaned or even entered for weeks. My teammates had even larger bugs crawling everywhere as well as blood stains and hair on the sheets. The toilet looked as if someone had peed in it and the ceiling in the bathroom was falling apart. One of the safety locks had been removed from the doors. There was mold in our vents. Last but certainly not least. we found a shell casing along with a bullet hole in the wall. Overall a dirty and horrible experience, cleanliness in a hotel is not an option.

My wife and I booked a room to see a show Friday night in Plymouth. Room 208. I thought the price was fairly reasonable. Until I got into the room! The odor of, I think, cleaning supplies was extremely evident. Then I took a look around and was further enlightened. The place needs a severe visit from a capable carpenter. Very run down. All of it was visible neglect. You couldn't fit a chocolate bar into the icy freezer. The next morning, I woke to the smell of cigarette smoke outside my window. Just not a good place. It looks like the owners just don't care...

This hotel is HORRIBLE! Don’t waste your time or money. When we walked in, we were instantly hit with a musty smell, and stale cigarette smoke. The comforters and sheets had stains (everything was old and stained as a matter of fact), there were holes in the curtains, the toilet bowl and shower were crusty and discolored, and the list goes on. Absolutely no quality in this “Quality Inn.”
