We found two rather large bugs in our room, which is probably a first for me at a Hampton Inn. Aside from that unfortunate surprise, the hotel was good—comfortable beds, excellent water pressure, and a great location near plenty of restaurants. The staff handled the situation well, and our overall experience was still quite pleasant. The breakfast was decent too. If not for the bugs, I’d have no complaints. It’s a good option for the area.

The location was very good for those needing to go to the Virginia National Guard location in Hanover VA - it's a straight shot to the armory about 9 miles away. It's also right off I-95 as well. The staff was pretty friendly, they greeted me with a "hello" every time I came in the front door to the lobby,

Excellent one night stay for our stopover. The room was clean and comfortable, the pool in great shape with nice towels and adequate seating, free cookies and lemonade. Highlight was the breakfast and friendliness and service of the staff. Highly recommend! Pet friendly too

This is a fantastic place! Requested an early check-in because we needed to get ready for the late afternoon event. After a few phone calls to confirm the possibility in the end a nice girl made it happen. She even called us to say it is ready now while we were eating lunch. Clean rooms. Typical breakfast and coffee for a Hampton.

I would definitely stay here again. Nice room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Breakfasts are usually good at Hampton Inns, but this was the best I’ve ever had with a large variety of everything! Super clean too. Easy on and off 95 with gas station right there too.

Stayed at the Hampton Inn Richmond for a night on our way to the beach. The hotel was easy enough to access from the highway and did not pick up a lot of traffic noise. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast had a nice selection for both adults and children. The hotel did seem to be a stopover place for families travelling but we didn't notice a significant amount of noise or anything in the hotel. The elevator was quite slow and had a lot of traffic, but not a major complaint. The hotel did offer a pool which was nice to pass the time with the kids.

We were so happy to find this hotel. We driving up I-95 and needed somewhere to spend the night. This hotel was perfect. It is located close to the highway. The room was updated and clean with comfortable beds. Cory at the front desk was warm, welcoming and very helpful. He even offered us fresh baked cookies when we arrived. We will definitely stay here again.

Excellent location and very well run. Although we often stay at Hampton Inn's when traveling due to their consistency and predictability, I would consider this one of the better run Hampton hotels we've been to. Hotel staff we have encountered during our stay have been very friendly, professional, and accommodating. Common areas and room very clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again when we're in the area.
