"Pretty satisfied in all areas considering it was the first time staying here apart from the service received at reception with checking in, enquires, information, checking out. A few miserable workers who don’t provide a warm welcoming at all and didn’t explain how to access services within the building clearly. It was really dreadful and disappointing having to ask for help from people like this. We didn’t bother asking to extend our stay another night, we booked elsewhere instead and would rather look to book at other hotels over Avani in future"
