My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night while waiting to meet some friends at a bigger place in Asheville for a friend trip. It was a great price and worth every penny! The front desk person was quick to get us checked in. Our room was clean, and the location was good. It did not take us long to get further into Asheville for dinner and shopping. This was a great budget find! I would stay here again.

It was a pleasant hotel overall like a Marriott hotel. However, despite the air conditioning, the vent kept going back at night and it was a bit cold. And it was uncomfortable that the room maintenance staff often knocked on the door in the morning and urged the check-out.

The room is ok, not too big, there is a road facing, noisy! The front desk service is very nice and the hotel breakfast is also ok! But the hotel does not have an elevator, you can drive up the first and second floors, but the third floor will be more difficult, you need to climb a flight of stairs with your luggage.

Average. Towels were dirty. Breakfast was good - omelette, sausages and waffles. No 24/7 coffee/hot water which is pretty common now.

Great location, friendly staff. Parking is a nightmare! But worth it because once parked you can walk to most everything to do in downtown Asheville.

I booked and paid for a room through this site. Upon check in I was informed that they would not allow me to stay there . They said they don’t rent to “locals”. Breakfast is relatively simple, there is no hot food, there are a few fresh fruits, need to get back to the room to eat; the hotel is built on a hillside, more distinctive, but the facilities are old, no microwave oven, the door is opened with a key, not very easy to use. The room is large and hygienic.

The hotel is located in the center of Asheville, with very convenient transportation, and there are also McDonald's and other places to eat nearby. The most satisfactory thing is that the room has a kitchen, induction cooker, etc., which is very satisfactory.
