Habituée du Kyriad prestige mais là très déçue du petit déjeuner à 16€ … à 8h45 il ne restait plus de viennoiseries…j’ai dû me contenter d’un morceau de baguette , plus de jus d’orange frais … ça fait cher !

I was looking for a hotel to stay at while i do my travel contract at mission hospital in Asheville. To try it out , I only booked mon-wed. When checking in I asked the man could checkout be later in the afternoon on Wednesday, since I work night shift. abe said no 12 is the latest that he could do. When I tried to connect to the wifi, it didn’t work. He gave me 2 different passwords and it still didn’t connect. Well unfortunately, on Tuesday afternoon after itching all morning I found bed bugs in my bed. I immediately called to the front desk. He told me to get my belongings and move to a room downstairs. He acted as if it was a normal thing for them. No apology, no nothing. I actually thought that he would let me have the later checkout that I asked for since I got bit up by bedbugs all morning , but he didn’t. When I got off of work the next morning I was so scared to go back in the room, I fell asleep in my car in the hotel parking lot.

Nice stay.
An older hotel but was fine. Good value, though a larger sign would make it easier to find. Nice personnel. Easy access to I-40. Would stay there again.
