What a marvelous charming hotel..... wonderful staff. very comfortable room in the heart of Asheville. We were sorry we could not stay longer, our room was lovely with every convenience... If yous stay here, do not miss the amazing gallery and lovely wine bar in the same building. We will be back!

Right downtown, close to all the action. Quaint with old world charm. Rooms were spacious with separate bedroom and living, kitchenette and in room laundry facilities. Free refreshments and bites at reception was generous and varied. Liam at the reception was extremely helpful and a delight to interact with. He made our 3 night stay extra special with his efficiency, politeness and attention to detail. Would highly recommend!

My wife and I just went to Asheville for the first time. We stayed at the Windsor Boutique Hotel. Their location is perfectly located in downtown. There are lots of great restaurants and stores located within walking distance. The suite we stayed in had lots of room, was very comfortable and had a great bed. It was fully furnished for those rare times that we stayed in to eat. Also their staff was amazing, very helpful with recommendations on places to visit or where to eat or to shop. A great visit to Asheville and they played a major part. Thanks to the Windsor!

We came to Asheville under unfortunate circumstances: a family emergency. A friend of our daughter's works at the Windsor and arranged for us to stay there during our ordeal. The staff could not have been kinder or more solicitous. They went out of their way to make us feel cared for. The Executive Suite we stayed in was spacious, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The beds, super-comfortable. The location is ideal with great restaurants and interesting shops surrounding. We HIGHLY recommend staying here. Sincerely, Cindy and Denis

This is truly a beautiful place to stay. The accommodations are top notch, it's within walking distance to so many things that Asheville has to offer, and the staff is outstanding. So relaxing, wonderful ambiance. I can't say enough. If you're visiting Asheville, do yourself a favor and stay at the Windsor Boutique Hotel.

We had a lovely stay at a historical building located in the middle of everything. Fun, beautiful town full of interesting restaurants, bars, coffee shops and clothing boutiques all locally owned. Breakfast is not served at the hotel but steps away are many options.

This was a beautiful and charming hotel and our rooms were so clean and well decorated. And the location was perfect. We were right in the middle of everything. We enjoyed the wine tasting room located next to our hotel and inside an art museum too! I’d never stay anywhere else in Asheville. What a sweet memory we made staying at this adorable boutique hotel. We will be back!!!

The stay could have been better, the room made a noisy sound. Not a lot of water pressure in the room we stayed at, when calling at night there was no answer. It’s a very nice hotel it just was not the right one for us. It’s walking distance to everything in downtown which is very nice since we did not have to Uber.

Staff at desk helped with luggage to the room and were polite. The price for the king suite was very high but it appeared to be worth it when I looked online. It was, however, not all that I expected especially with regards to being a warm unit. Despite the setting on the thermostat, the room never got warmer than 69 degrees. Parking is offsite.
